Stas I came back because I wanted to nothing particularly sinister. I really dont think my comments will impact the price anymore than your predicitons.

Ill answer each of your points in order.

The growing traction and momentum behind the undervaluation thesis - most notably, the publicity surrounding the updated $7 billion of NPV and the increasing speculation of a lowball acquisition process under way. - A) I think what you are saying is hilarious. You, Rodney and Cash hardly equates to a growing traction of momentum. Ill note that in the Telegram group (where there are a lot of investors) there are a number of people who are saying you are a nutter.

Or was it, as as I note you appeared on the scene just as forum focus started to sharpens on:

- The massive gap between spot-price-adjusted NPV (£1.60–1.90) and market price (7p), (Quady read NAV) A) This is almost the same point as your previous one.

- The discussion surrounding the deletion of NAV sensitivity tables from the presentations, A) The information is still there on the current presentation just in different form and is available in the PFS. I find it funny that you think it matters - specifically given it had zero impact when it was in the presentations.

- The discussion surrounding share price suppression to allow the option grants at 7p, and cheap acquisition of additional share by Jiangxi (which they would NEVER have achieved at that price buying in the open market) A) If we hadnt sold the shares to Jiangxi we would have run out of money by now and the share price would be even lower. We should have sold them a long time ago mind.

- The TSX delisting, and how it reduces regulatory oversight. -A) I accept what the board is saying as logical. It saves money (which we dont have much of) and had next to no volume. Its something they should have done ages ago.

Or was it all of the above.. A) literally none of the above. The honest answer is im spending a lot of time in taxis and it passes the time to post on here.

Just to note Newmont disposed of its interests in Fruta Del Norte - which doesnt suggest that growing its gold prospects in Ecuador is high on its list of priorities.

Rodney I couldnt possibly comment on how long you have held shares for but I take you at your word. But I was responding to the comment that said you were a long standing poster. If I remember right you started posting soon after the pub visit?

I dont believe Newmont have any interest in the company at the moment demonstrated by the fact they didnt vote their shares at the AGM, and conversations Ive had.

In terms of Solgold being the answer to BHPs problems you have to keep in mind that at present - and this may change with Tandy. Cascabel is a minimum of 5 years away from producing . If they need to sort copper out they need something quicker than a minimum of 5 years. Maybe Lundin Gold will be interested but they seem to be busy expanding around Frut Del Norte.

The reality is BHP completed the purchase of the whole of Filo in January of this year with Lundin - in a deal announced in July of 2024. So whilst BHP did own 15% of Filo in 2024 - we also knew that a deal to buy the whole of FILO was done in July of that year so the whole premise of his point is false. It is either AI making a mistake or he is being deliberately deceitful. I dont know which is worse. But what he wrote is complete and utter nonsense and in my opinion leads to him losing credibility.

In relation to your repeated claim that we will sell the company for 1.65 pounds imminently based on NAV... give one example in the history of the planet where a company offered a premium of 1600% on the current share price. I cant think of an example where someone paid a premium of 100% never mind over a thousand.

Again I will repeat the CFO told Sean Tufford the IR person Sean Tufford that they couldn't update part of the PFS without doing it all. Sean this relayed this I think in the Telegram not just me (I think). The sensitivity chart is still included in the PFS which is available to anyone. Its also intimated in the current investor presentation. I will also note that the chart had exactly no impact on the share price in the various months it was in the presentation. Which doesnt lend itself to the argument that it would impact on the price.

Cash im sorry but you are as nuts as jack. He used Filo as an example and it was a fundamentally wrong example.

In theory I could be the next pope. Im somewhat sure it wont happen even though it is possible as im a Baptised (and confirmed) Catholic, Im a man and Im human. I tick all the boxes. Cash I really dont follow what you are saying?

Like last night you said me posting something which shows the mining chamber pushing hard on the government to drop or change the tax as an attack on solgold.... how? Solgold itself are doing the same thing. Its great that other voices in the country are speaking up against this frankly self defeating measure from the government.

Today ive just pointed out why I think the Chinese are the most likely buyers. Im not saying a western company wont buy it - just that I think the Chinese are most likely. This is my thought process and I set out the reasons why I think it. Just as Rodney set out his reasons as to why he thinks it will mostly likely be a western buyer. Neither positions are an attack on solgold - its just a discussion on peoples thoughts of what might happen and why.

I just spoke to a mate re western Contractors who would work in Ecuador. He was of the opinion that there a couple of American ones who might do and mentioned that Worley have done similar works in South America so would possibly work in Ecuador. He did agree it would be a limited list though, the likes of BAM and Balfour Beatty have all withdrawn from those types of markets. So what I said earlier was slightly off - apologies.

Just a note Jack - when previously Sean Told us that Scott and others were in Quito and visiting Cascabel he then reported back that the company was annoyed that he had publicised it - they didnt want every man and his dog to know he was there.

I was also told he was in Ecuador (but purposely didnt share that for the above reason). We know you have killed off communication with the board previously, try and engage your brain so it doesnt happen again. For the meeting I was told it will be when he gets back so next couple of weeks - I suppose depending on how it goes with the government. If all the decision makers are all off to China though not much point him being there.

The problem will not be the block cave itself it will be the pipelines, the underground infrastructure and more importantly the huge TSF.

Just to expand on my rationale for why it wont be a western company buying it....

1) They will have concerns about it being a block cave in a jurisdiction such as Ecuador. This is made worse by the disaster that befell Rio Tinto in Mongolia. Also a block cave.

2) They will find it difficult to build. I cant think of any Western Contractor who would work in Ecuador to build a mine. They will have to use a Chinese one or possibly a Turkish one. Lots of the Chinese ones are likely sanctioned by the US which adds in additional issues. I don't see the capability being on the ground in Ecuador to build this mine - it will need international companies.

3) They will have ESG issues with building a mine in a biodiverse rainforest. Imagine the nonsense they will get from the likes of Greenpeace building a TSF. The Chinese wont care.

Im not saying its impossible that a western company will buy it - I just dont personally see it.

I do think the Western companies will be interested in Exploreco though - though how big that will now be is anyone's guess

Elero - yes Noboa is off to China but he met Trump in March of this year in Florida and was in New York in September last year meeting investors.

I dont really think where Noboa visits is an indication as to who will potentially invest in Cascabel.

For what its worth for me the most likely bidder will be Jiangxi with one of the two China Railways either CRCC (Bureau Groups numbered 11 through 25) or CREC (Bureau Groups numbered 1 through 10). Most likely it will be CRCC. Jiangxi will be the operator and customer and China Railway will build it.

I dont think there is much chance that Noboa will discuss the matter with the Chinese President. It will be interesting if mining people go and meet with their counterparts though. If CRCC are at meetings I would find that very interesting. As an aside im pretty sure both China Railway companies are sanctioned by the US.

Cash how is me saying that the chamber of mining doing a good job trying to put fear into investors? I think they are doing an effective campaign and it might have success in forcing the government to see sense. Im starting to reach the conclusion you are as mad as Jack.
