My goal is a good result for me which would mean a far higher share price than we currently have. I just dont expect that to happen soon. Ive been in the UK this weekend was surprised how hot it is. The houses certainly aren't built for it.

Could well be Damers. But I think the main focus will (all being well) TAM. The things that could impact price coming up will be the TAM results most likely in Sept and the FS/ license application December/ January. Let's hope its good news.

Ive given you the best possible example. Its a mine in the same country as Cascabel. Its at a similar stage as Cascabel and its NPV in its PFS uses similar rates for copper and gold as Cascabels. How am I a nefarious liar? What have I said is either wrong or a lie? Is the mine in Ecuador? Is it at a massively different stage to Cascabel? Is the NPV im stating different than the one in their PFS? Is the sale price different than what I am saying?

Simply put please explain based on your NPV theory why this mine went for what it did? Why would cascabel be different at this stage?

Smickster im not suggesting that we will be sold at this level. I'm just pointing out that in this relevant example the numbers suggested by Stas are a million miles away. As ive said many times I hope/ want the company to work on meeting the key things that are coming up.... drill up TAM, do the FS and sort the license application. Get the share price up and then lets see if we can get an offer we are all happy with. I think at this stage a bid in the 40s or above would require multiple bidders and I dont know if that would come to pass.

Actually Stas im not being negative Im being realistic. I have given you the most comparable mine that has been recently taken over.

In terms of that NPV it was "Project after-tax NPV of US$2,238 million at US$1,650/oz gold and US$3.75/lb copper" So compare them to the rates Solgold used for Cascabel. Ill remind you its $3.85/lb for copper, $1,750/oz for gold and $22.50/oz for silver. So for both Gold and Copper solgolds PFS used higher than the ones Lumina used. If you want to increase the NPV based on your spot price argument then their mine prob went for 1% or less of NPV.

Rodney when you say "we looked at many examples 2 weeks ago "which clearly demonstrated that M &A in this sector are concluded time and time again at a 0.8 to 1.1 x NAV level." how doe this match up to what Lumina Gold Corp sold Cangrejos mine to the Chinese for this year. Mine in the same jurisdiction, at a similar stage of development, Primarily a gold mine with significant copper. From its PFS its NPV was US $2.24 billion.... sold for 420 million USD .... 18/19 %.

As an aside I would note that Lumina was listed in TSX and had no issues selling to the Chinese.

Stas unlike (i think) everyone on this board is was very open about my identity. I gave my full name, I gave my place of birth, fathers profession, a number I was contactable on, my linkedin page. I was fine with people knowing my identity. Regardless of the dispensation. They need the results of Tandy to complete the FS and submit the license for the permit so they aren't happening till the end of the year / next year. The exploreco will most likely be delayed because of the new tax (understandably). Of course there is always the chance of something coming out of the blue but I dont see it this year.

Cash you dont half talk nonsense. You said a figure for all the concessions I then demonstrated thay the amount for Cascabel and Porvenir was slightly more than that amount. You then lied and said you were only talking about Cascabel and Porvenir.

I am not being economical with the truth when im saying exactly what the RNS states. You think that something other than what the RNS says thats fine - but thats your opinion.

You can think what you want, I really dont care. But if you are right the RNS is wrong. Personally I think there is significantly more chance that it is you that is wrong than the RNS. Also I would add typically they issue one RNS with the results of a drilling campaign at the end.

Cash it says it starts early May and will take 3 months. 3 months from early May is early August. 1 month from then for results is early September.... it doesnt take a brain surgeon to follow that.

Cash the company issued an RNS which clearly indicated when the results will come and thats September ish. With all the respect in the world I will trust the RNS over you.

Jack given Q2 ends Monday we will soon see if I am right or not. When the announcement doesnt come on Monday ill be proven to be correct. It also makes perfect sense that it wouls delay it whilst the tax is to an extent up in the air.

Cash you are outright lieing it does not say anywhere that "with initial assay results expected by July 2025 " it says and I am copy and pasting here .... "The program is expected to take approximately three months with assay results available a month later." Thats September.
