I was correct the CPs have not been met. I said multiple times that they CP may be waived

here is an example a post I made on the 27th June at 10:18 server time. I was completely correct. We havent met the CP and Franco have let us off.

One would hope Fort it also leads into us getting the 3rd tranche in the period you mention. That should then cover operations until the license is granted. Once we apply for the licence I assume cascabel will be on a care and maintenance basis?

This money keeps the wolves away from the doors for a good period. If the TSF CP has been met amazing that means we are on route to the 3rd tranche. If it hasnt lets hope they complete it soon. We can now use the Chinese money to roll over the concessions we are keeping - in assume an announcement on that is coming soon.

Yeah Fort i thought the timing is great. Getting it now also means we can stop using the money raised from the Chinese on Cascabel stuff which clearly we were.

The waiver is clearly the TSF given thats the CP we hadn't completed- a number of us said previously that Franco might give waivers.

As per usual with SOLG, bit unclear what waivers have been given but I suspect it is to do with tailings still being up in the air but perhaps Franco have seen some early assays on Tandy so are bit happier with risk involved.

It says all CPs have been met - that would mean no waivers surely - which in itself suggests we have met the CP for the TSF which suggest early assay results from TAM are good... or they have a new TSF plan (hopefully not)

SolGold completed and released a staged development plan, Pre-Feasibility Study on 16 February 2024. The study, completed at US$1750/oz gold, US$3.85/lb copper and US$22.50/oz for silver, delivered an NPV (based on a discount rate of 8%) of US$3.22bn on a capex of US$1.55bn for an initial 12 Mtpa underground block caving operation. The evaluation also showed an after-tax IRR of 24% and a first 10-year free cash flow generation of US$7.1bn. The PFS assessed Mineral Reserves 539.7 Mt tonnes, which represents only 18% of the total resource over an initial 28-year project life.

Anyway good news. Assuming that the CP hasnt been waived that presumably means TAM is viable so initial results must have been good.
