Actually the thing that is dragging the UK down is the impact that salaries and bonuses are so low. There seems to be a consensus that people shouldn't br richly rewarded for the work which is why so many qualified people leave. Why would you base the DFS on the PFS? The TSF is different, the civil package is different, the infra is different. Why not wait a couple of months and do it properly and once.

RK its better than that. The decline reaches the Sub Level Cave end 2028 and production soon after.

Oh and as an aside with the new plan the license for Alpala isnt even on the critical path so getting it quicker wont make an iota of difference.

Read the presentation Jack. It sets out clear dates for the environmental licenses in the Optimised Development Milestones. They have not been accelerated.

FTJNY I think with saying that production of Ore will commence in January 2028 its pretty much nailed on that TAM is viable.

Cash no just unlike you I actually understand the topic. Its amazing news and I'm sure they have a plan for electricity on the horizon as they have said as much - I just want to know what it is!

Cash I know the intent is to obtain electricity from a 3rd party who we signed an MoU with.

I also know roughly how long it takes to build a run of the river hydro electricity plant. I dont know how long it takes to get the permit but I imagine its a year. Either way we arent getting electricity from that MoU source unless there is something we dont know about going on in the background. Which is why I have the question.

The acceleration is the bring production forward to Jan 2028 for TAM and late 2028 for Alpala. It was 2030 previously. So its significant acceleration.

The funding requirements should come down with the earlier production from TAM.

Im really delighted with this RNS - its confirmed most of what I was thinking. I particularly like the change in the split of the company now keeping Cascabel as part of a northern cluster - which will basically keeping Blanca Nieves and Chical with Cascabel. This was pretty obvious from the last presentation. Ill be interested what they will do with the other Northern concessions? Also would be interested on the implications on the Franco deal of this (do they get a free carry)

The only real question I have now is regarding electricity. How do they get power for next year. If they can answer that I will be a very happy man.

So what this confirms is...

* Jack was wrong re the accelerated permit process. Surprise surprise.

* TAM looks viable.

* The TSF is going to be onsite and not in Esmerelda.

Only question unanswered for me is electricity supply presumably by 2026

Id either a go for an opportunistic low ball bid (If I thought there wouldnt be a counter bid) or I would wait till the license is either in the bag (probably after the results of the public consultation) or when its actually granted. Why spend x billions on something you might not get a license for?

Stas I will tell you exactly why Im not investing more money at this point. Im keeping powder dry for a capital raise for exploreco which I am expecting when this tax issue is resolved. More than happy with the prospects of the company I just dont see things happening as quickly as others.

Fort I was annoyed about the options. But I came to the conclusion quite quickly that there isnt much point complaining about it as what is done is done. You can be sure he isnt giving them back.
