If they buy it back. I just looked whb i did my calcs in Sept I had npv at 4.6 to 4.8 billion. Gold up a lot since then copper a bit. That took into account inflation for build costs.

Dont forget when doing your calcs NNM you need to deduct the Franco stream which isnt accounted for in the sensitivity analysis. Ill update my numbers later and see where it comes out.

If you go off the latest presentation it would seem that Northco will be made up of Cascabel, Chical, Blanca Neives, Espejo, Playa Rica and Rio Magdalena. Rio Magdalana is the furthest from Cascabel at roughly 75km as the crow flies (assuming I have the right place). All are in the same province. Could you intent be to have a shared TSF and Production facility for all?

Southco will be made up of Porvenir, Cana Brava, Cisne-loja and Helipuerto. Then there is Augustin which is miles from both the south and the northern grouping.

Eloro when I spoke to Paul Smith all I can say is for a "finance guy" he came across as knowing a lot about mining. Also his knowledge of construction (my field) was impressive. I dont read much into them being finance guys.

Read the public consultation for Porvenir Ad its the exact same thing. Either jobs for them, their kids or their grandkids. A few negative but its minor.

Just to put it into numbers PS. 280 people live in Santa Cecilia which is made up of 74 families, 75% of the families have at least one family member working for solgold. This is as per the PFS so might be slightly different now. It prob means building 100 houses and a small amount of facilities. Chicken feed in the scheme of things.

I think the market needs a few days to digest the news and come to the conclusion its a credible plan. I have confidence in the chairman after speaking to him. Everything in the construction plan they have looks right to me and thats kindof my job - so maybe my confidence is before the market. I can honestly say today's RNS has made me the most positive Ive been in a long long time. The only thing thats stopping me topping up is not knowing im going to have to put my hand in my pocket for exploreco.

We have a proper plan that actually makes sense. It looks challenging, but it also looks realistic. It also covers nearly all of the key issues/ concerns I have.

The salaries in the UK are ridiculously low. Increase the salaries, get rid of universal credit (so the government isnt subsidising businesses) and have a proper economy and salaries like a rich country.

Personally I would move to Abu Dhabi rather than Dubai but each to their own.
