If he is correct then I sort of hope news lands on Tuesday (assuming it’s positive!!). Monday could then get quite interesting. Expect MM games galore.

I agree harel - the 2500bopd is the fallback if they don’t get Gain. Does anybody who has been in contact with the BoD know how confident they are in the Toscana vote going in their favour? Because that’s really the key that opens the door to Gain and they won’t be buying Gain if they don’t acquire Toscana.

I think the question is what the enterprise value will/would be including the Toscana assets, the Gain Energy assets and the North Sea assets. That’s what funders will need to assess.

Yes it was particularly illiquid today! Hardly any trades after this morning and a huge spread to put people off - even bigger spread for a decent volume even if you could even get a quote.

It does move quickly with small volumes - up until now it seems only one institution has actually sold any since the IPO, although it may be that Jub Capital have decided to if they are I financial difficulties. Not only might they need the money, but also an RTO requires a suspension and they could find they cannot sell at all for a few months. Not such an issue for those with a longer term view but anybody who might need to access money quickly might view that as a problem.

If you’re right then yes they have 310k shares to shift which isn’t great but a fair few sells have gone through already this morning.
