GSPC have to find £3mill before 15th......they're all but bankrupt owing millions already...what chance have an all but defunct company got in arbitration.....?... you can't afford this to away.......??? lawyers will advise bankruptcy ... not spending more they haven't got on legal cases they're not sure to win....
