Not if they have any sense, low margins and massive overheads as I understand it, and too many headaches.

I think DBay/LDG had their 'success' in distribution when they flipped Stobart and turned it into a pot of cash (somehow, still not quite sure how?) and should probably leave distribution and haulage alone.

Clearly their investment strategy is on a different road now :-)

I called 111 about you for some medical advice and after they'd considered your 'condition' told me you were a lost cause and there was no hope for you! Ah well, at least I tried, although as you rightly pointed out I don't really care, sorry about that. Not.

I looked at your posting history too and it didn't really tell me much, except you've been a member here since June '21 - although I suspect you've been a 'member' a lot longer than that - and only ever posted 127 times; 25 of those were in the last 30 days - 1 for Hummingbird and 24 here, most of those taking random pot-shots at other investors/posters for no good reason as far as I can see.

Rhetorically, why exactly are you invested and posting here? Nothing better to do? Hmm....

I can't see this getting anywhere near 3.6p-4.2p on TK final signing, 2.5p if we're lucky.

Also don't forget that 2.4p (for 5 consecutive days) is the trigger point for a load more Warrant shares discounted to 1.6p, which if exercised will mean further dilution and the warrant holders wanting to dump on the market to get their profit out.

Surely none of that will be very helpful and after all the waiting and various shenanigans I'll be out long before that, if it ever gets back over 1p, if we ever get TK final sign off.

I always seem to do the wrong thing at just the wrong time then prices don't do what I hope/expect them to do.

It's a bloomin' nightmare.

Kefi wanted to raise £1M via the Retail Offer and stated it would 'close early if over-subscribed'. In the end it was massively under-subscribed and only raised £243,741.

Does that not send out a worrying message to existing holders and potential investors? Maybe a bit more notice/more time to partake would have helped - I didn't even know about any of the raise until this morning.

Maybe that's why the SP is below the raise price and struggling today?

I think an update - either way - is likely tomorrow.

The previous delay notification was "due to unprecedented levels of sickness within the FCA team", who's to say if any of those 'off sick' have returned to work or if the FCA situation has got any worse??

Patience required.

Let's hope so. Seeing the SP drop 20% today feels like a proper kick in the nomads! Done my PF no favours at all.

And coming so soon after the Umbrella Agreement sign off and over 1p, so frustrating.

BofA Merrill Lynch say "Darktrace's growth was set to decelerate "significantly" given "much stronger" competition in the next year and that the weaker macro environment will lead customers to further consolidate providers.

It also said the upsell potential remains unproven."

If any PI posted that here they would be called a de-ramper and shouted down.

Luckily the DT SP has shown itself to be fairly volatile since the QCM debacle back in January, and generally seems to bounce back quite well.

Plus we still have the EY Report to come which will hopefully show there are no bodies buried anywhere.

I have bought back in twice today and now holding for £3. Fingers crossed.

I might stop watching, it's a bit like watching paint dry.

Knowing my luck though I'd miss something and wish I'd been in.......

Unbelievably the SP is back down to 0.80 selling on HL.

Did I miss some bad news in the last couple of days?

Mind-boggling.

DT have bought back 13,131,925 shares to date at an average price of 261.1796p and spent a total of £34,297,910.

The rate of buyback has slowed significantly in the last 10 days

They still have £40.7M left in the buyback fund.

I expect DBay will offload a big chunk of their shares at the right price when the time comes, like before.

Do you mean the overall volume or the buyback volume? Sorry, not been following progress of the 2nd buyback so not sure how that's going, or what difference it might be making (to the SP).
