Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
That’s great thank you. Makes total sense.
Sorry - nothing nefarious going on I promise! sounds amazing absolutely, I was genuinely just after some context that’s all - e.g. how far / many trials will they go to prove the MTD? Thanks!
Prepared to be humiliated here…
Can anyone tell me why establishing the MTD is so critical as to warrant further trial(s)? Especially if we’re already safely past the pre-trial target with no adverse reactions (presumed as the escalation has been approved).
Couldn’t the MTD trial run concurrent with progressing to the next stage / market (or again are they one in t he same thing and I’ve made a fool of myself…?!)
Could it be because it’s not quite as effective as hoped at the dose levels to date or is it just business as usual?
Thanks!
Share price might improve if the BoD is no longer making decisions on the company’s investments (joke). Although they are now apparently asleep at the wheel. I’m not sure what’s worse, actively making poor deals or having rogue deals made in your name by a third party that you’re completely unaware of. Hopefully neither is true, but agree to my eye this doesn’t look good.
Signed. But agree on the title!
It’d be nice to have a deadline for best bids or some other long stop - never going to happen though. Continuing to entertain multiple bids, each with their own DD to do and nuanced terms sounds like this could become even more protracted still. I appreciate the irony of this coming from me, but this is one stock I’m so keen to see succeed in the short term I have to go to my safe space and count to ten when these RNS’ land. On balance however, both the explicit and implied from this are positive and I’m still a happy shareholder - what’s not to like about a credible bid with full DD complete and in-hand, plus several more in the bush? Not much I say.
Totally agree. Another jam tomorrow RNS. Get the permit(s), settle on one flipping plan and get in the ground - I get and agree, to a point, with the measure ‘twice cut once’ approach, but my word we need to just settle on a plan and get cracking. All the sentiment has gone here. Anyone can sit and procrastinate over risks, we need risk-takers, suitably informed of course but as they keep telling us there’s decades of experience in the team so that shouldn’t be a problem should it?!
Absolutely useless addition to the board, so apologies, but I just had to say ‘here here’ to this one!
Calamari are you seriously suggesting that you, or anyone, would consider an anonymous posters blurb on a website chat room as a source of formal financial advice?
Will the ‘jam tomorrow RNS’ (as others have termed it) extinguish the trusty bank holiday fear of missing out rise? I doubt anyone really thinks there’ll be an RNS next Tuesday, or indeed perhaps next month. I’ve been a holder for just over 18 months now, so by no means a LTH, I’ve topped-up but never sold (admittedly not the best strategy in retrospect!), now I’m 40% down, nevertheless I’m in to the ‘big’ RNS, good or bad, however if for nothing more than to lift my mood I’d like a little tick-up today please. Not sure who I’m praying to exactly. Poseidon maybe? GLA
Sorry, that should have said £0.0035…
Aaaaaaaaand back down we go. Just the usual leaky as a sieve RNS system prompting some punts. Now we’ve got a whole new cohort of inadvertent holders who got spiked to talk to for the next year hoping just the get their money back.
Gets my vote! You stopped short of collecting their tears for me to freeze and enjoy in my rum and Kola though.
Govt has ordered an inferior, foreign test in bulk legitimately under current legislation and protocols, which surely means it can place similar orders for a superior sovereign test in the interim, whilst the new legislation is passed? Authorisation for emergency use is presumably perfectly legal until it’s repealed?
No news no ticket, anything goes?!
That’s what I thought hence the question on sample size etc. which is what I’d imagine the (rather worried…) owners and distributors of the inferior tests would claim to try and pour cold water on the AVCT results.
But was the test sample size, test methodology and analysis compliant with the necessary i.e. Gov standards to be ‘officially’ recognised? Or will further/formal validation be required? Please, say it ain’t so…?!
Love the passive-aggressive ‘UK made’ etc sentence at the end - I’d have had that in all caps!
GLA
Top tip - answered my question before i asked it - thanks!
Genuine question to what is clearly in the main LTHs and knowledgable folk in here - and yes, admittedly a little lazy/naive, but is the GGP rocket in orbit now or is it onward to the moon?!
Agree. Bottom shelf, back of the fridge behind the sprouts - forget about it for 3 months then get a lovely surprise when spring cleaning!
