The meeting on the 6th between ZCDC and local community leaders hopefully resolved the only reason deal had
not been completed ZCDC Chair / temp ceo (vacancy in the press) stated in October the deal would be signed
next month (Nov) and the delay was due to complexities in the community part of the deal so if that was done
on Wednesday sign off could happen imminently subject to President being available or letting someone else
smile in front of the cameras during the ceremony.

just saw AP had returned for the AGM so could not have met pres at ZMF
the other zcdc meeting in zim with local community leaders should
have at least removed one obstacle hopefully

just needed signing off so all has been a waiting game for a month
