across the entire country has been low key until now as Lithium previously
not a high demand and in the future mineral. So hopefully George has us
positioned as one of the new first movers to increase production the only
other deal I have seen in the Lithium space is a Canadian Company who
call themselves Great Dyke

We should be holding up well with so many press and news sources and more importantly ZCDC
who are the Government (100% owned) stating it has signed a JV. Another the community has
signed a JV with vast and ZCDC again stating the deal will be signed by all parties in November
The man in front of the camera for numerous deals since early October has been the President
not as you would expect the MoM. So also not difficult to believe we are awaiting as has been
said for an audience with his holiness of the big smile and pen in hand. It is just one call to

To put that press release from the weekend into perspective the vast majority of the
5,500 mining permits backlog are individual/groups of artisanal miners who can
now stake claims if no license they will be arrested and anything in their possession
to be confiscated. A recent ZCDC (Gov hold all land rights with ZMF) report referred
to the arrest and removal of over 3800 illegal miners from the Marange area alone
in preparation for new operational zcdc jv's in the area. So take all the individuals
out and would imagine not a large figure of bigger players like Prem left on that
list and also imagine we would also be a bigger priority to get into operation.
