IF and with Prem is always an IF they run operation 10% the size of Tshipi and we own 10%
based on Jupiters 49% they distributed most not all of their latest Tshipi dividend to their
holders amounting to an interim of $78M so 100% INTERIM divi from Tshipi over $160M
10% 16m even if they half arse it 8m our 10% comes in at 800k p.a. so potential IF they get
it up and running is clear to see.

Jupiter mines own 49% of Tshipi manganese mine in the Kalahari which ramping
up 3 - 4 Million tonnes p.a. They pay dividends 1-2 times a year to RRR red rock
recent interim £363K for their 0.87% holding. So if currently on 10k T rising to 29k
it will bring in some nice revenue.

Exxon announced a little while back they are streamlining operations not just in
Romania but all around the world

have to rise in the several thousands % to raise the required
finance from the limited share equity (60M Max) available.

The start of this journey was a mining finance event in London
attended by Minister of Mines who INVITED Vast and DeBeers to
come and help develop Marange. Why on earth would they
kick us out at the last moment especially when they ZCDC are
government (100%) and have made several statements that 2
vast +1 should be in operation with the 3 large players already
in place by the end of 2019. GLA.

this week, so they expect some news on completion of talks.

The statement made last week by De Pretto suggested that we
would no longer have involvement with the local community
and it would be on their side of the deal which would make far
more sense as they are 100% Gov and use part of their revenue
for all sorts of community projects already from insemination
of cattle to building court houses so maybe it will just be some
sort of extension to those arrangements and not direct cash in
their pockets. GLA

Your absolutely correct even Alrosa only got 70% and ZCDC spun off from
ZMF are 100% Government hold every square inch of Zimbabwe so you
cannot have a Diamond licence without them included. So a 100%
Foreign deal is impossible.
