President has been hogging the camera's for all the high profile events presentations
etc BUT prior to that all was approved and signed of by the MoM Winston Chitando
he was on tour with the pres Russia Indaba's etc but that seemed to change 2 weeks
ago and MoM seems to be in office vice out and about. The Rainbow RBW licenses
came out of the blue and no camera present etc suggesting things are now back
in the hands of the Ministry. If that is the case we might be in luck as the President
handed over the reigns to VP Chiwenga last week announcing he was going on
holiday. Chiwenga ex general responsible for end of Mugabe regime and fell out
with Ed wanting change much much quicker rules changed more incentives etc
to get more investment and economy moving.
So prem and vast could both get lucky this week in his absence as Chiwenga is
no nonsense not a camera hogger and probably more inclined to let his ministers
get on with their jobs

President Mnangagwa broke protocol at a major political event last week which
in all its years history has only ever been presided over by the Zim President he
let the VP take the reins even though he was in attendance and announced he
was leaving all in the VP's hands and going on Holiday indicated a couple of
weeks but no specific dates.
So Ed is supposed to be not around to hog the camera's which he has done on
all the major mining events since July. Prior to that the MoM which is his job
took care of business.
VP Chiwenga an ex general responsible for the end of Mugabe regime is much
more no nonsense and fell out with Mnangagwa early 2019 as he wanted things
to move much much quicker
Hopefully VP will be true to his word and let his Ministers move things on and
we and others will benefit while Mnangagwa topping up his tan lol GLA

can give you no end of examples of how the 1 is meaningless nonsense
made to fit on the odd occasions it matches up As for it to mean a
specific something it would have to be 100% across all shares and its
not even remotely.

It was me who first reported the slap it was one of the Ministers DEPUTIES that leaked not
Winston Chitando the MoM . The slap was not just for that individual President Mnangagwa
had them all in for a series of leaks and all where given notice of dismissal on any further
occurences. Chitando was specifically chosen by the President as MoM as he has always
been in Mining and their choice to ramp up production as he has the skills required.
Chitando since he held an Indaba in London has been encouraging companies in London
to come to Zimbabwe and those already in country to either list on London AIM or in
South Africa to speed up finance to bring projects to production asap. He is in no danger
of losing his post he is their messiah and very PRO London so if all the fine detail is now
ironed out he will sign and he can now get the pen and camera off the President

Additionally hot stocks sometimes throw up 20-30 huge trades after close
more difficult to work out as no reference point as to when placed only

Last statement De Pretto came out with indicated that Government subsidiary
ZCDC would be dealing with the local community dealings, so hoping has sped
things up and this is finally the week.

Your absolutely right on the no guarantee's especially in the markets these days
but RLD story is very compelling. As said I was tempted and did slice some the other
day but plan to put back plus extra this week from late Fridays unexpected events

Giving up still no luck problem is the Zimbabwe notes stuff hard to find a lot drops
off and does not ever make it to the websites it should. They have a meeting called
post Cabinet xx matrix results every week in the afternoon after the routine Tuesday
Cabinet which are written up as short scripts on lots of subjects the ministries do
the same and if you google you will get most number meeting's up but not all and
the .gov websites they should be attached to pretty vacant more available across
the various news outlets ZBC, Herald , Pindula etc than the .gov sites
Last weekend vast's associate ZCDC which are gov updated their website with lots of
new stuff not just Diamond related and some weeks old others many months.

PM709 What beyond the extra week rns that Fura announced yesterday, or
are you referring to the same happening again next Friday. As for price
strange things happen on shell/rto WRN went into suspension at 3.25p
came out and roared to over £3 a share in a few sessions. I right royal e
screwed the pooch on that one, thought I had done brilliantly when it
crossed 50p ,dithered on getting back in and watched it roar away.
Turned out about 15 deals in progress crashed back to 85p suspended
again and still is, so although I could have made a lot more,at least I
was not locked in like my NYO. Another lesson learnt the hard way.

we plummeted to 0.0575 now thinking that was a mistake the good news
for me is I saw that i3e rns as it hit very late Friday got 14.5p and last buys
going through at 19/20p warrants at 35p excised and BP retained their
rights with others to further shares at 40p so should be taking some healthy
profit Monday so can top back up here and ave down on now rock bottom
