Am curious about the new signing this month deal being talked about this past week
Alrosa a JV with ZCDC in July (16th?) which was reported in the Herald as signed by
President Mnangagwa in the presence of members of his cabinet. This was rubber
stamped at a separate presentation at the Sochi Russia Africa conference with both
Ed and Putin present also in the press.
Was even a follow up article of the pot and kettle variety with Putin said to have
complained to Ed about the need to eliminate red tape and speed up the process
of investments.
So are they amending their current deal? or getting a 2nd allocation signed off
before we get ours ??
