All indications from local and central Government are positive for all THAR energy
projects to be progressed rapidly in early 2020. Several statements have been made
that project a push to move up progress on CPEC phase II projects (non energy) and
concentrate resources through 2020 on phase II
This would suggest every effort is being made to fast track CPEC phase I projects to
a position where those involved can press on independently with minimal further
Government interaction required going forward.
These are bold statements being made by Government, which again suggest they
are very confident that players involved orcp included, are very close to having all
requirements in place very soon, that will allow Government to focus on phase II

The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, received a report stating the achievements in
the exploration and production activities in the current fiscal year (FY) 2019/20
According to the report, three new agreements were signed, two of which are the Egyptian General Petroleum
Corporation (EGPC) in Southeast Abu Sennan and Southeast Ras Qattara in the Western Desert, with minimum
investments of around $4 million, In addition to drilling four wells another agreement with the General Petroleum
Company (GPC) in the Kheir region in the Eastern Desert.

In terms of the overall value of the block vi projects a recent article stated 70-75 Billion making
ORCP 12% approx. $8.4 Billion
So if not bought out on the way as each milestone reached in ground preparations, construction
and finally into production should see revaluations of ORCP
it would be unusual to go from A-Z in short order, so would expect a substantial rise on finance
confirmation. Then hopefully hold that new level with steady future rises as project progresses
which with all recent indications of Sindh regional and National Government rhetoric to quickly
move on all CPEC/THAR projects to then concentrate resources during 2020 on CPEC phase II
projects (non energy) would suggest Pakistan looking to move Phase I Energy projects into
production in a Fast Track mode as soon as possible in 2020. GLA

as for the traders Casper they will quite happily jump back in even after a gap up if it
happens on Thursday at 1.50 looking for a trade at 1.75/1.80 if the news is good and
will be delighted if it quickly roasts past 2p cash in and look for another go on the
pullback.
Me I prefer a more lazy sit back and watch it grow from the basement approach

Can only draft it if you know what they have been discussing and been informed
if that meeting has only just taken place they could take their own sweet time
as to what else might need to be done or in place before they inform the company
they are under no obligation to the market. It only comes into play once ORCP have
been informed. Bit like the oil leaks at west newton operator private company had
no obligation and dangled ujo and rbd on a string some of the first info coming to
light from local parrish council meeting notes found by shareholders on these boards

Even if some sort of decision made that news would have to be passed to the company
who would have to ping pong with Nomad etc before a release could be made to comply

with county council etc so perhaps a permission or 2 permitting the next phase of work to
