Given long term project value to orcp 12% estimated at $8.4 Billion a rerate
on finance closure to 100-200M 5-6p or 10-12p as project progresses is
more than possible. However nothing can be certain in the crazy markets
witnessed in the past few years. Fingers crossed orcp is allowed to gain a
sensible market value relative to its potential future value (8.4 billon)

Don't think UJO and RBD have hidden behind anything it is a fact that private companies
can pass on information as and when they choose both UJO and RBD where merely
investors in a project. It has happened on many other similar investments in the past
and will happen again in the future. As I said earlier RBD now being a major holder of
Rathlin the onus is now on them as their direct interest in Rathlin entitles them to be
kept up to date with events and pass on per their own responsibilities to the market.

position that transfer is happening at the same time as a major development on the

complete and UOG have pulled off a stunning acquisition and the market will catch up

but realistically think we are all at the mercy of that vague orderly market
reference on the new shares. Have seen same comment in many over the
years and usually translates to- AS SOON AS WE CAN convert our profits
on the deal. So many have to wait for the real rise.
Never understand the dumb dumper financier mentality when they could
make far more profit selling slowly into a stronger rise, instead most just

of developments (private or listed) so given RBD now are a majority holder in Rathlin it
places them in a more difficult position as RBD ARE entitled to the information and so
under market rules they would then have to pass on to the market or face the
consequences if found to be delinquent in their responsibilities to the market

as signed by Mnangagwa in the presence of members of his cabinet which was also reported in
October as being signed off in Sochi at a separate presentation with Alrosa Putin present October
Russia Africa conference .(obviously details amended or changed or bad press at the time)
SO I guess on the upside they are a world No1 Diamond producer and they have waited 5 months
from JV to sign off. VAST signed the Katanga JV much later if we sign this month with the added
complications of the community deal we will still have been quicker than the worlds No1 lol
