anyone over 3% normally listed on the major holders listings
and likewise * footnotes should be in place if their holding is
grouped in with others in a nominee account say e.g. Barclays
nominees has 13% but an individual has over 3% they would
be NAMED in a footnote.

Regulatory News Service (RNS machine) releases RNA's (message) until 1830 but if you check
out InvestEgate some shares also use GNW PRN and others to pass messages outside of
those timeframes. VAST a good example if you filter it most of its RNA under GNW the majority
of its listed under rns are PME's.
As we appear to be exclusively RNS system anytime 0700-1830

could be just updated on fully diluted to include options and warrants
not currently taken. If not then there has to be a TR-1 incoming that's
a big big wedge.

think you might have to wait a tad longer for a quid, back in late 2011/12 the
share was spiking 10p and the brokers and analysts where giving it a £1+
target, bit of dilution since,so based on the old to now, I still recon 15-25p
further down the line possible but certainly 4-6p early stage also poss.

PME's are Market generated they are available to all 4 times a day 5 minutes and if
required a secondary 5 minute extension
They are pre-built market auction periods, used to maintain an orderly market.

I have seen 6 in a day on many occasions when a share goes mental
