given that 6p currently would be 110-120M pretty low ball and surely
has to be as you said a minimum balanced against future potential.

On any take over all the outstanding, options, warrants under the offer
price are usually taken up.

Having said that, almost all the previous take overs I have been in, that
has been factored into the offer price rns quoting on a fully diluted basis

Fingers crossed, I would hope that starting offer, at least 6p which I still
think is lowball and may like the example below, attract others to the table.

not much they can do with it, maybe got it in late Friday.

They may not have had time to get completed through the

So if that is the case, could be sitting embargoed for a 7am

If not and they do have that info, would expect one intraday

At best those results would be a summary of what Borg conducted
like you have probably seen on other oilers, which for example
when a much larger group at Horsehill UKOG the operator put out
the details and Alba prim gun and the others just copied and pasted
the same.

So not really any in depth analysis to be performed, if they had that
info passed to them they would have turned it around pretty quickly

IF core samples taken etc they would be at an independent lab and
analysis results returned to the operator, who again informs the rest
once more a paragraph or few to read and then quickly pass on.

I would throw myself in the likewise enthusiastic about what I am in group
and have been many times called a ramper, when the poops hit the fan and
you comment on it, I have been labelled a de-ramper and so I think there
are probably a lot more normal individuals on the boards than many suspect

Many, many boards , **** off certain holders with all sorts of conspiracy theories

The npv of the project 35-40 billion , on the same scale that would
make ORCP sell off worth 150-200M plus.

The sell off price is ALWAYS way higher than the company is valued
by the markets

UOG are just investors in the project, Borg doing the drilling and servicing work
on behalf of the main player Kuwait Energy and EGPC at Abu Senan.

This is why UOG where caught out by the press articles on the 19th and had to
put out the guarded rns response on the 20th presumably until they can
find out what's actually going on.

Borg just blabbed info to the ministry, who blabbed to the press (not good)
They have also caused confusion, as same articles, have been rehashed in
press 20th to latest current articles, some stating ASH2, others wells and or
Field production at Abu Senan.
