if he is sticking around long term, he may be in no hurry to excise
his price safe as houses, may choose to leave until company has
a requirement for funding, let the price rise much much higher
then sell down part of his combined holdings.

The bucket shop placing plus warrants types, usually don't hang
around but have seen many, proper II and HNWI stick around a
lot lot longer, to mature their investments.
