In the RNS, they say "Company's 100% owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC's ("Greenfield")". Does it mean Valkor has transfered their 50%? Isn't it based on funding confirmation Tom will own 100% of Greenfield and Valkor taking ~29% of Tom? Can someone explain me about this? I don't remember seeing any RNS stating the trasnfer of Valkor's 50% to Tom.

Anyone know what happened with the legal proceedings?

From the recent report, they mentioned about the finance - Secure blended funding, optimising capital structure funding. I just quickly googled to know about Belended funding/finance.
Check the Wikipedia. Its combination of public/private funding to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Some philanthropic funds. SDSs are set by UN aruging for trillions to implement Paris Climat accord.
Tom's BoD must be working on securing partial public funds and partial private funds from companies who set aside some % of equity towards achiving the environmental goals.
