Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
If someone has the rights to the warrants they can exercise them at whatever sp as long as by the deadline!
Obv you assume you would exercise them at a price above what you bought them at.....
Maybe someone got the right to buy below the average .. who knows
what a muppet.. pmsl.
claims to be invested, ****ting on his balcony in the sun, minted and doesn't really care about his syme investment, if he loses he loses.. it's peanuts.. yet posts on a sunday to bait 'naïve ' investors.
any right minded soul who believed this is going one way would sell up and move on.. but not our resident warren buffet.. lol.
oh deary me....
WTF are you on about.
Suggest you have a look at the website, they have some nice pictures for you!
Hmmn.. a new poster comin out with 'ramper' accusations already.. at least wait a couple more weeks!
Oh deary me!
'From the bank funders perspective its unsecured lending NOT from the IM customers side who sell the asset to SYME.'
Oh deary me!! You do realise Syme are a Fintech Platform! They do NOT buy anything!

Sell order triggered!22 May 2023 09:17
Well that’s me out with a decent profit. Must admit I didn’t expect to turn SYME losses into a decent profit. Have a feeling things are getting a bit frothy and fundaments need to improve to support the current price and interested to see how TF plays out.
It will probably multi bag now I’m out - still no one when bust by selling at a profit.
Good luck folks
OH DEARY ME... THESE TROLLS NEVER LEARN.. PMSL!
Peak,
I would agree that no Bank would enter into a WL agreement with SYME... if
They had zero trust in the USPs that SYME and their platform say they can deliver.
If they believed the business was exposed and therefore the platform they were asking their customers to trust and help them with their working capital was either unproven or at risk of not even being around for the lifespan of the '3 year term' they may be signing up to.
That SYME, TAG or wherever SYME were getting financial support was a huge risk for them!
So.... If they DO sign WL agreements with XYZ Bank/s, it certainly derisks this a hell of a lot IMO...
DYOR :)

RE: SYME - Our Leaders - Alessandro Zambroni22 Apr 2022 13:43
You can post and desperately repost all the pointless information that you like, it won't change the fact that Syme is obviously destined for oblivion quite soon.
Thanks PL,
glad you managed to buy back into a stock that's heading to oblivion!!
You left TWO years ago, but were happy to keep popping back to troll investors!!
Oh deary me!
Interpretation - that IM is on their radar, and they need to explore options as this is very much a viable way to help SME's!
There is clearly a need to recapitalise excess stock and improve even very healthy companies working capital.
IF ONLY there was a solution out there that could solve this age on problem in a secure and transparent way and cheaper than current options.... Hmmmnn
We know mcap makes no sense, it isn't a true valuation.
Simply the sp x shares in issue., I think in 2020 it was a mcap of nearly £300m without no revenues, no poc etc.
How many mining stocks have mcaps over hundreds of millions with zero revenue?
Look at HE1, years away from producing Helium even IF they drill and find helium.. what's their revenue - zilch.....mcap?
