Answer Clontibret will be a lot easier and therefore cheaper to extract.

But many years ago when they made the decision on which to advance further..
They have been drilling ,exploring this area for years.they then decide for Clontibret to be focus...despite saying Claylake being the larger target.
Just wondering what their reason was.

Just read an article that states the Prof puts a value of £150m on the Clontibret mine in 2016.
So if Demir and Cgnr came to an agreement next week to cancel the JV and Demir purchase all the 12 licences....what value would be put on them?
I suspect slightly more than £11m?

MMs can't sell what they don't have...if you want to give them yours then I'm sure they will gladly take them.

Cgnr do not have 60%...42.5% is their share.
Correct the market prices it in...supply and demand.
Therefore it is not priced in...nothing is priced in except what people will pay or sell a share for.
This is based on many factors
...sentiment.of course is the main one, then add in distressed selling, options,warrants , market forces etc.
The price today could be double tomorrow with no difference in fundamentals....
Market prices the share and the market is so changeable....therefore nothing is priced in.

Just interested to know, he made the statement, was wondering how he made the conclusion.

Sentiment dictates the sp...I'm really surprised there's no interest here.

12m mcap which is less than Demir will part with for phase 1 &2.
Sometimes I wonder why I'm investing on AIM...its pure guesswork sometimes.
The volume really surprises me...I wonder what total average volume is on all AIM stocks?
Seems like (to me) there's a lot less interest these days...crypto to blame or the realisation of investors AIM is 99% gambling?

Watched an old interview from Anglo Asian, they seemed well pleased with they deal they thought they were going to get.
Hold tight and wait...it will dawn on investors soon.

Yes understood, he said it would start on the 3rd and then the next sentence the 4th in the interview...
What I was getting at is we need some news...
The 12th Aug assay results are imo well overdue.

On 6th July Demir completed their DD drilling.
On 1st Sept RNS stating the JV had reached an advanced stage.
You therefore presume they had the DDdrilling results.
Two months to obtain assay reports.
Conroy drilling assays from 12th Aug not yet reported...over 5 months.
Surely they should be available now.

Demir gazumped Anglo Asian,offered a far superior deal to Conroy. Have spent considerable time and money doing DD...including drilling.
Have signed the JV...
WERE and are playing their part with the expense involved prior to transfer of licences.
That is good enough endorsement for me to take a decent position and see it unfold.

The agreement is conditional of the transfer of licences...should be a formality. CGNR hold them its just a basic transfer.
Share price is what it is, added this morning, a little too early it transpired...but a few % will mean very little this time next year. Today it really only effects the sellers.
