only sentiment ,interest and fear/greed dictate the price....imo.
AND these factors can change very quickly.

The MMs can not communicate with each other, each MM is competing with the others for trades. They are licenced and highly trained, they usually work for larger company.
To suggest there is manipulation is to suggest they work together...

You may have 4/5/6 or more MMS...but theres usually a alpha who the others follow.
