The target areas along the 40km stretch of gold trend has been built up over the years by taking on surface samples.
Those areas with high showings of on surface gold are classed as targets.
Drill 1 was drilled outside these target areas, to build up an understanding of what is beneath...and even though no samples above, there's hold below.
Which now really asks the question just how extensive is this.
They had an indication with surface samples but obviously its bigger!

Yep, drilling at Clontibret, drilling at Clay Lake.

The other 5 holes could already be nearing completion with some awaiting assay results.

Exciting, they are adequate for an open pit.
Let me remind you this is just the start of an extensive drill campaign.
There's already ample quantities for a mine...you know that,.

Ongoing 8 hole drill programme at Clontibret was given a costing by the Prof of circa £500/750k.
Let's say for ease of calcs £600k.
£600K for 3000mts= £200k per 1000 mts drilling
First phase of drilling spend by Demir £4.5m.
£4.5m less the £600k = £3.9m.
@ £200k per 1000mts thats 19,500mts for the next programmeS.(Clontibret &claylake)
These programmes will merge with the current drilling programme...
The current drilling should end mid September if not earlier....so expecting news along these lines very soon.

Just can't help myself, I'm believing in this...and so at this mcap just seems like such an opportunity that in 6 months I don't want to be thinking....if only.

The Prof states that the way they have demonstrated the size of this find is by taking samples of gold in soil, saying anything above 10ppb drilling experience has shown they can expect to hit bedrock.
Bit thats confusing me....he then states "what is becoming increasingly evident" that theres gold outside these anomalies areas, and the first drill confirms this.
Now as far as i am aware the first drill of this programme is the first drill OUTSIDE the anomaly areas...how is it becoming "INCREASINGLY EVIDENT"?
Sort of suggests we are not told everything and they are aware of more than letting on.
Also now talk of two mines being developed.....
What i like about the Prof....dosent say could, maybe...says will!

Been going through most of the video interviews again.
this one from 2018 during Conroys extended 10 hole drill programme for some reason impressed me....
Maybe the Profs £3m had something to do with it.
Cant ignore that so far the Prof seems like a very honest bloke..imo.

So weve had an extended period with no assay results or drill results...WHY?
After 8 weeks with 2 drill rigs theres certainly something to report...so the company is deciding it does not want to yet.
1, results are not as good as expected..
2, results are excellent and they are going for a big bang effect to get the SP over 50p for the warrants.
3 Somebody has made an offer .
4 delaying news of results to fit in with the plans for the next merged drill programme

my thinking is 2....and 4
not in the slightest bit worried, in fact never been so confident.

Last couple of weeks have added a decent amount...
