Personally i dont feel worried about the slight drop, no meaningful volume, Results close, people not getting the rise before the results as many would have expected. Derisking or bottling it before they arrive...some are more risk averse than others.

With the rescheduled AGM on 18th Oct and a declining sp...where do you think the required extra votes will come from? Traders do not vote,do they?
So the board are relying on LTHs who are getting more disillusioned daily to take the time and effort. Why should they?
Just what have the company got planned to incentivise their LTHs to vote, if they did not vote before why now?

Where is the news going to come from to change sentiment and the direction of sp?
Think the comp, needs to put its £200k share buy back in to operation....
will get the required votes then!

I began to notice these trades a few years back...some very large trades going through at the same time ie, 17.06/07 ish so did a little research.
End of trading day you get a end of day auction, this sets the closing sp and sometimes you get an UT.
An UT is a matched trade between seller and buyer.....there are other trades taking part in the auction
The other trades, the sellers and buyers prices/ trades are adjusted to match the UT. These have to be reported...so basically they are lumped together to be printed as the one trade at 17.06 ish.
Hence why trades printed at that time are always at closing sp.
This is what I believe these trades to be....anyone with a different opinion?

Take a look at SYME,FAR,COPL,BOIL to name but a few there are others.
Have a look at their 17.06 trades.....
Notice anything???

Hmm pretty sure they have to inform the market BEFORE indulging in a share buyback. Not likely to get them at the cheapest!!

Very unlikely....once they informed the market of their intentions it would be above £5 in hours.

And if they were to buy back and hold in treasury?
Thats like an overdraft if they ever needed the funds while taking them off the market?

My understanding through research because i kept seeing these large trades after hours printed at the same time...17.06 ish and always at closing sp.
16.35...end of day auction...this usually throws up a UT this sets the closing sp....it is two trades , buy and sell that match. There are of course other offers involved in the auction....these are adjusted, both buys and sells to the UT price and then lumped together to produce the 17.06 printed trade. So todays trade could be dozens of small trades or a few or just the one besides the UT trades.
This is my conclusion after research....but as always do your own.

17.06/07 printed trades are a result of the end of day auction. The UT sets the price and the other buys and sells in the auction are adjusted to this price and then lumped together to be printed as the one trade
...usually around 17.06/07.
Thats why if you go through the late trades printed at 17.06 they will be at closing sp.
of course you dont have to believe me....but just keep an eye on these trades!
And check some of the other 17.06 trades.
AVCT,EVG,HZM, HE1.....of course 17.06 could be a popular time to be buying....

they will be the idiots who are holding warrants at 0.26 or took part of the placing at 0.2.......

Hardly difficult to imagine where the constant selling is coming from....and i suspect will continue for sometime yet.

Well its my opinion that the board are simply not in a position to buy stock. They have been in partnering negotiations since the results of the stem trial.
Of course my opinion is worth nothing....

Well there you go, we have our answers at last...
So what now?
Sort of makes a mockery of all that research , both by us investors and the intelligent folk at these universities we are partnered with.

My thoughts too...
but life is full of strange coincidences.

A further assessment, by the DMC, of unblinded data from the first 100 randomised patients, for safety and futility, will be performed imminently and will be announced in the coming weeks. The trial sponsor (University of Dundee/NHS Tayside) are cleaning the trial data and finalising the statistical basis for performing the analysis, and the output will be provided to the DMC for review shortly. The DMC assessment of futility will consider whether there is sufficient evidence of clinical improvement in the treatment arm compared with placebo to justify continuation of the trial.

We expect to be able to announce the DMC conclusions later this month in line with previous guidance as to timing thereof.

So whats the hold up on release of results.....it seems pretty clear that they will be holding them.

No news is good news...
we would imo know bad results by now....question is just what are they waiting for before announcing the good news!!
