True. Acceptance because the whole structure is in practice unregulated. The FCA is there to ensure this casino is conducted according to the rules. Recently the FCA was deemed "unfit for purpose". It should have intervened in any number of failed Funds but did nothing.

I would say though there's no a certain Irony being here about 4 yrs. Had Liberia or OPL226 succeeded back then I would only have had a small stake involved. But by stubbornly averaging down despite Arthur's Placings I now have a decent number of shares and if/when this does blow it will be Life Changing. So could Arthur's weird tactics be a Blessing in Disguise?
Time will tell.
