We keep on thinking there is some kind of Masterplan at work. And there may be. On the other hand it may simply be just our imagining there must be some hidden magic at work and one day there will be a gigantic Rerate. There may well be.. Bit we need to know the outline of Arts plan. Not relying on clever researchers here to ferret out the truth.
