I'd like to add the UK tax payer funded the oil and gas exploration in the North Sea with a North Sea tax This was done on the promise that the UK tax payer would get cheap oil for domestic consumption. This never happened, and the oil companies ran off with the revenue and profit and the UK tax payer had to pay global prices.

We all know this placing was done before the share price rockets. Seen it so many times where insiders get a chunk of cheap shares. Obviously they didn't let existing holders in on the placing as it would take too much paperwork and cost money and they didn't have the time due to the news that's being lined up. Doesn't stop buying in the open market as we saw Friday. The demand is going to be strong once the reveal is known and the sp will rise.

The Argies hasn't stopped Noble, Premier, Navitas from activities in the Falklands. Argentina is a difficult place to operate for oil companies. In fact the Argentinian courts have put an injunction on offshore oil drilling. Equinor and Shell have offshore blocks and were ready to explore and now they can't drill.

A placing done at 0.75p indicates the future sp will be much higher, otherwise the £3.3m would not have been on the table. If they'd have done the placing post 3D seismic news then the subscribers would likely lose out as the placing would stop any rise and the sp would fall back to the placing price or below, which would be too risky.

Reckon there will be some news that is going to shift these shares. Placing shares don't hit the market until 19th April so existing holders in the lacing can sell a few knowing they can replace their shares at 0.75p. I think the volumes will be high on the news to come. Can only be good news for it to work and subscribers profit.

I agree. I think Europe will run out of gas. The whole market is going to go even more crazy. Demand for alternative supplies is about to go through the roof. God knows where they will get it from. Borders LNG/LPG has got to be fast tracked by a major while the prices are crazy. I think the problem is only going to get worse.

France and Germany preparing for Russian gas cuts - French minister

France and Germany are preparing for a cut in Russian gas deliveries, France's economy minister has said.

He was responding to Russian President Vladimir Putin's warning that Moscow would turn off the taps for those who refuse to pay in roubles.

"There could be a situation tomorrow in which... there is no longer any Russian gas.

"It's up to us to prepare for these scenarios and we are preparing," said Bruno Le Maire following talks in Berlin with his German counterpart Robert Habeck.

Looks like Europe will be cut off from Russian gas. As of tomorrow all gas must be paid in Roubles and a local currency account opened with Russian banks. France and Germany say they won't do that. So Putin say's he will turn off the taps tomorrow.

What's the prediction for take up of open offer by shareholders. I think 50% would be an excellent result.

The BoD can't stay silent for much longer with statements like this in the circular.
