As announced by the Company on 30 June 2021, tendering for the acquisition of 3D seismic has been completed and APT awaits approval from the Tanzanian authorities for the issue of the seismic acquisition contract. It is still expected that acquisition will commence in the third quarter of 2021.

Yes, thank you edgar, I realise what you say and do agree. There are many catalysts for Aminex to increase it's value, which will become apparent when things get going on the ground.

Hi edgar, Sure. But Aminex have also proven the gas exists in two wells. It's all about the upside. 3D will help with defining the volumes. Can only make the value of Aminex go up.

Cove Energy being bought for £1.2B for their 8.5% of an undeveloped gas field in neighbouring Mozambique is not clap trap. Majors are returning under the new president and are preparing to develop the gas in Tanzania. Aminex is in an area that is hot and going to see massive investment for oil and gas projects. Oil and gas pipelines are being built. There is a compelling case for Aminex's asset. If you can't see this then it says a lot.

Haha. Lots of naive posts that are still stale and crusty. Anyone heard of Cove Energy? 3D unlocks further value. A cheap share price means cheap asset if a multi Tcf gas field is confirmed by 3D. Someone could pick up Aminex's 25% for tiddly winks, but of course any interest will spark others to act. What did Cove Energy's 8.5% interest go for? £1.2B. Where was there gas asset? Ruvuma Mozambique. What's happened in Mozambique? Anyone heard of ISIS? What's happened to the gas projects in Mozambique? All the majors have moved out and lost millions. Where are they moving to? Tanzania.

The result of the 3D seismic will be most interesting. Upgrade of gas in place and better definition of the deeper target with any hint of an underlying oil would give a major boost.
