Hi Fredd1eboy-There are multiple levers that can be used at various points dependent on how things unfold. I am not suggesting to write a letter to the scientific advisory board.as the first course of action However, once the objectives have been agreed & set then there are probably a list of actions that can be undertaken in an agreed order to take account of what is unfolding. This all comes down to tactics and being clear on what can be used and when as leverage.

Thank you Fredd1eboy and Valju. Perhaps if drafting a letter at some point the scientific advisory board should also receive a copy. This is also about reputations and thinking though how and who we voice our collective concerns to might be a consideration.

I suspect the BoD have the 201 results to release at a strategically relevant time. Who knows that these results will show. More to the point there needs to be clear RNS's which show the commercialisation with income generation. Otherwise dilution will simply continue imo.

Linked with this, cost cutting measures need to be announced via RNs's.

Agreed HardToHandle. The BoD need to recognise that change is needed although teaching an old dog new tricks is easier said than done. What is clear is they has aspirations above their station with location (rent), pay and bonuses.

I read all the posts at the time and cannot see why they needed to be deleted. Anyway let's look forward. This company is severely undervalued with good things to come imo when JB announces the next steps and progress......

Thinking about where this company can save money.

Why on earth do they need an address in such an expensive area of London? Why not somewhere else? This is just one example and what needs to happen imo is careful look at costs by the BoD including salaries/bonuses so money is being used effectively and efficiently.

This is all underpinned by accountability which at present there is very little of this to the shareholders. You just have to look at the majority of RNS's to see that most communications are about raising money at the expense of shareholders.

I do also agree with Gliders01 and the time for a clear proposed way forward which is realistic and achievable is needed, encompassing BoD, issues, communications, refining of the business model are my initial thoughts. Over and above this financing including warrants are an immediate concern of mine.

Is anyone organising a collective action for the EGM. If so, let me know and I have 9m shares (currently) to contribute. I am flying on the day of the EGM and will not be there otherwise I would as I live in NW10.

And with any plan there will be some orchestrated good news beforehand to lift the sp to get SHs on board.....

Agreed. This is where we need to have a plan of collective action. As stated several weeks ago I am willing to add my shares to support a workable plan.

I am flying overseas on the the day of the meeting with work.

Orchestrated leak in my view to soften PIs up. We need to take a stand together on this.
