I would prefer to say this is a credibility issue with GM. Where there is a loss of trust, the BoD need to consider how this effects the company. Allied with this there is a need at a senior level imo to have someone that is commercially minded on board. Taken together, this raises a question in my mind about how tenable his position is at the present time.

So, in summary expect no mythical RNS. Inference, SP to remain low. He has a wonderful way of nurturing shareholder value and expects SH's to fund as before with loo accountability. This is why there needs to be a person who understands the commercial side to the company.

Well, it could be a done deal if there is positive news on 201.

Of course there will be an immediate placing. They need the bl**dy money.

If it bloody works George then bloody publish the news, even if this is interim news on 201.

Fredd1eboy-you are simply the conduit to express the views of people like me. They cannot hold one person to account as these are widely held views. They need to look inwards rather than outwards and undertake some serious soul searching. If they are playing games with social media etc they need to divert this energy to what they are paid to do; that is develop the business and the important compounds.

Just spoke with AJ Bell. The additional 2m of shares will show for my holding tomorrow. At which point the 11m be used to vote down the resolutions.

Accepting the resolutions will give the green light to the BoD imo to continue decimating shareholder value.

The BoD having significant skin in their own company is but one issue. More importantly is leadership including around having a plan in place and communicating this to add shareholder value. For example, what cost cutting measures will be put in place? How will these be reported (suggest quarterly report on costs)? and so on. What timetable is being worked to for news flow? I find it hard to believe that the target date for 201 was December but yet there are NO updates on this. There is a distinct lack of news flow unless it is about raising money or the latest vague LOI lacking any substantive details. Improve communications!

The administration leak was the final straw for me. There should have been an RNS to clear this up, one way or the other. Without this I am left interpreting this as an underhand and naive tactic; poor show all round. They need to raise their game with some positive RNS's pronto.

AJ Bell informed me they have a technical issue and the papers should be ready by the 6th. This is quite a handy technical issue as it does in effect buy time for the BoD. Anyway toped up today with two separate buys. Now at 11m shares to vote against the current proposals.

It is quite simple. ValiRX need to issue positive RNSs over the coming day or so. I spoke with AJ Bell this morning to ask them where my voting documentation is. Time is running out for this company.

I mentioned as one of the tactics as for further down the road is to write to the scientific advisory board members. and this might also include professional bodies.

I have just checked the GMC database and GM and SV are not registered which is a shame.

They have 201. If ready great. If not they should issue a date when the results will be published.

Therefore, some positive news is due.

I still think they will want to release the remaining warrants at 0.10 before the meeting. That then appeases those backing the last placement.

I would add to this that I really do hope the BoD are reading and paying attention to the sentiment felt by many and as a result of this there are positive RNS's that demonstrate how the BoD are trying to develop shareholder value rather than destroy this.
