I will not give you anymore airtime as the focus is on ValiRX and what the BoD should be doing to restore some semblance of confidence. Clear communications via official channels is needed from the BoD on how to move forward.

A few points stand out to me from today. SL100 deflecting the conversation away from the lack of leadership and communication from the BoD through official channels. This is where the BoD need to show leadership and communicate via official channels their plan.

I would infer the BoD tactics are to divide and cause confusion.....poor show and not what a BoD should be doing imo.

The BoD have options and to date have not communicated anything other than through unofficial channels which should stop imo or at least we should not entertain or comment on these.

From the contributions today and before this, there is a number of people who would be willing to pursue official channels if this heads south. I include myself ion this future group is necessary. There is no reason for this at the present time as the BoD have options and it is time they communicate this.

Let's put this in perspective. The BoD has a huge amount of control over events. The ball is in their court and over to them for some official RNS type news. Absolute disgrace for them to make use of informal channels. They are responsible and accountable for their actions.

Her email is unbelievable and either amateurish or knowingly aware this would further undermine confidence in the company. This is an abject lesson in how not to run a company and begs the question as to whether the company is being run into administration imo.

Reading the forwarded message to this BB I would urge you to consider what is 'within your power' to persuade SH's such as myself as to what can be done to restore confidence. There are several actions that can start to restore confidence which have been outlined here. Suggestions might include communicating a plan. That is, a way forward for the company. Buying shares or making a commitment to do so would also be another way forward.

As a BoD you are paid to make decisions that move the company forward in a positive way. I had hoped you would have communicated via an RNS news which would restore confidence although to date this has not been forthcoming with only informal communications on these BBs being utilised.

Me too Fred. I have access to free legal advice from colleagues who practice law and accountancy. I will call in favours if this goes down.

I recently remember seeing a post that indicated GM did not see the benefit of an RNS update on 201. No news to date either on this. Going into a consolidation without news beforehand scares the living daylights out of me. This is why I am opposed to the consolidation without the BoD making some concessions and communicating a plan.

SL100-some have defined shareholder value that you refer to as:
'Shareholder Value represents a shift in the measure of success from productive and market success criterion to a coupling with aggressive stock market capitalism that increases pressure on firms to deliver financial results, becoming the main measure of success'.

By this definition ValiRX has not offered shareholder value to date for any sustained period of time. This is why I am in favour of asking the BoD to reflect on a workable plan moving forward. I would also add shareholder value should not be the only measure of success which is why a clear plan which addresses revenue generation, cost measures and PR initiatives are required imo.

Please grow up SL100. We are not back at school.

I intend to go to the new venue rather than turn up at the original venue. Being a sceptical kind of person I do hope they do not say flooding resolved and the vote can take place in the original venue....leaving me in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I have managed thankfully to reschedule my work and I will be attending the general meeting on the 17th as an additional voice against the resolutions.

Sl100 also said he downsized recently because of the enhanced level of risk......blaming Fred et al I assume for this.

SL100-Please do not take this board the same way as the other well know board. I would say most posters on this board are open minded and certainly want to see this company thrive. Describing those voting against the resolutions as Loonies is disrespectful and insulting. I am not a looney and I and others have clearly expressed the reasons for the lack of confidence in the current BoD.

Thanks Fred and to our action group members. We are stronger together and let's hope the BoD reflects on the sentiment held by many on this board. Even if you are not in favour of voting against we all want to see the same thing in ValiRX to succeed.

I have had a few cross words and/or emotionally charged words over my short time posting here, Debate is a good thing and as I have said before we conduct ourselves in a way that perhaps is not always present on some other BBs.

Unfortunately what I have said kind of begs the question, ......what on earth am I doing investing here!!! Hey ho, I am here now and this is the best opportunity we as PIs have had in a while to insist on some changes that could make a difference. The BoD is a key issue here as we all know. I am still hopeful on 201 but without commercial money making ventures (now) this will be a spike and what we really want to see is the trend line redrawn. This requires commercialisation to start bearing fruits, costs to be proactively and transparently managed and the PR machine to have an overhaul. This last point surprises me because the company have been woeful in producing news other than that concerning the need to raise money etc imo.
