I always try to offer a way of saving face in negotiations and I would hope this has bene built into the letter.

What will be, will be. Chances of administration have risen in my view. Human nature; when you back people into a corner you get some extreme reactions. As I say, let's wait and see what happens and I hope this is positive.

You can't just parachute new people in or promote from within (such a small company). There are a range of relationships at play and hard to get at, tacit knowledge to consider. This allied with their authority to take the company into administration makes this letter reckless in my view.

Anyway from past form, they will not pay any attention to this and hopefully will put forward a sensible plan.

I am in favour of a sensible plan being put forward but this does not necessarily need BoDs to stand down imo. As I have indicated previously a clear plan which includes revenue generating activities, cutting of costs significantly (which has implications for salaries/bonuses) and PR/marketing activities to generate interest in the company. are my key areas.

Faced with a similar situation of redundancy I might be included to say hey ho and let the company go into administration. This is very high risk imo and not something I support.

If a sensible plan is forthcoming it will have my yes vote. Over to the BoD to develop a rescue plan.

I also increased my exposure over the past 2 days and have a vested interest this plan. Please deliver not just for the PIs but all concerned........

Personally I am not bothered about being shown respect OB. I just want to see a coherent plan put forward for the benefit of key stakeholders. I still fully believe however the BoD should have communicated a plan before today. This is such a basic qualifier which really concerns me and undermines my faith in the BoD. I am willing to listen but the clock the hour glass is running low.

Well, I have topped up with a £1001 buy at 0.07....I see this raising with a plan ie way forward starting to emerge under JB. As I have said before JB knows his stuff imo!!!!!
