Anyone that things will improve if this is voted though is misguided. Radical change is required and not the BoD incremental change approach which will simply allow the status quo to continue. The 201 results are needed now and not later. That or other market friendly news. This is a complete farce and if you can handle the potential loss then vote no. I say potential because the BoD need to be seen to be doing something, anything that is positive in the next 2 days.

This is all being orchestrated for IP to go over to Black Cat in my view. Just look at the positive undertones from S. Dilly. What a farce.

If the BoD either can not be bothered to RNS any descent news or they do not have any because of poor management then this is a really poor show. Let's hope they post something positive on Monday otherwise they do not deserve yet another chance to repeat the same old script of dilute, dilute and dilute again.

The BoD have shown utter contempt for SHs. They have not posted any positive news in a long time and still expect shareholders to rollover and take some more punishment. What planet are they on?

People seem to be missing something here. I suspect there will be news before the vote and for this to be tradeable once the dust has settled in the immediate future. Longer term, if there is such a thing, then get out!

It bloody works is meaningless. Various arguments legally to support this could be mounted such it was working at the time of saying this. Worst case scenario a wrap over the knuckles for being positive.

Company will be in administration soon unless those proposing the removing of the duo had or have some plan. I assume there must be a plan because ousting the duo without one makes no sense.

Does it really make a jot of difference of when it was said?

Where will financing come from now?

Who will lead on drug development if the both of the duo are removed?

Who will hold it all together?

I have said all alone there needs to be a plan from the BoD. There also needs to be a plan in the event of ousting the duo. Is there one that has been proposed when submitting the letter? What are the options other than light off and close the door are there? I really do want to understand this......

I am not in the possession of all the facts although I do strongly agree with Chrisatrdg. I assume those putting forward the letter have thought through who would run the company and how this will be financed???????? Otherwise nose, cutting off, spite spring to mind.

Something seems to be up. I do not have any issues selling volume here. Around ).0771 to 751 depending on the volume (£2k to 5K).

A while back you could not sell these shares, period or almost period.

The company has value as a shell if nothing else.

Thanks ValJu for the update and I now understand! let's hope the BoD respond positively and in the best interest of stakeholders which includes SH's that have been funding the company.

BoD members stepping down is counter productive for the company at this stage and is highly unlikely to happen; there is too much investment of time and effort by the BoD (you may not see it that way but that is likely how they will view this).

I simply would like to see a plausible plan put forward by the BoD.

I voted against the resolutions and at this stage the BoD need to respond without ultimatums to show how they intend to turn things around pronto.

A plausible plan is all I want to see at this stage.

Disengaging from this for today. We all have options and let's hope the BoD look to placing their energy into a rescue plan, whatever for that takes.
