Members, 80% is a lot lower than 600% so PMO has been much better than ENQ.

But members I have been holding ENQ since it was £1.25 in 2014, it has fallen 82%. PMO has only fallen 38%. It would have to increase 600% to get back to £1.25, PMO only has to increase 60%. Why oh why, life's so unfair to us ENQ holders.

Ocado remains top of my list based on momentum, up 32% in 1 month, 38% in 2 months, 73% in 3 months, 158% in 12 months and 469% in 24 months. Fantastic share.

The average cost is £2m, how on earth can this be justified? Are you happy that we should pay them this?

Perhaps if we relied less on services and concentrated on making things the future would look better. Also, is foreign investment good, look at resource rich countries in Africa, lots of foreign investment but the population remains poor whilst global corporations make billions.

Not quite sure why we need to pay for any employee working in the EU institutions (UK or otherwise) if we are not a member. Also even if the 1,300 earned £100k this only equates to £0.13b.
We have our own foreign aid budget so why do we need to contribute more to the EU?
Also I'm not sure what the other co-operative ventures are that are significant to the UK.

I bought ISAT at £11, this fell relentlessly despite rumours of takeovers. Finally a takeover has been agreed at £5.49, 50% below it's peak. Talk of £3 for ITV is fantasy.

Rather than denying older people the vote I would raise the voting age to 21 when these people have more experience of the real world. Before then most of them haven't done a day's work in their lives.

Think yourself lucky, I bought at over £11 ! I did a substantial top up at £5 so I can console myself that I made a decent profit on that tranche.

All the decent sport is on Sky, I see formula 1 is now all on Sky. The events you mention don't really attract big audiences I'm afraid.

There were 5 occasions where the dividend was more than 5%. On 3 occasions the price was still lower than the dividend 4 weeks later. The loss would have been nearly £3k.
Whichever way you look at it the only conclusion I am coming to is don't do it !

Analysis assuming you hold for 4 weeks.
On 14 occasions the share price was still lower than the dividend, on 16 occasions the share price had fallen less than the dividend.
Taking into account dealing costs you would have lost £5k assuming £10k investments.
So again, chasing dividends looks like a bad strategy.

Members, I am down significantly having bought at over £1. I do not always make money on shares but nobody forces me to buy them. So when it fell to 55p I wasn't happy but accepted that these things happen and the only person at fault was me. Since then I am very happy that the price has increased by 54%.

Members, didn't see any comments from you the last few days when the price was rising? But a slight fall and you're back. Still, even you must be happy with the 54% increase in the last 3 months.

I have done some analysis on dividends paid out by builders over the last 2 years. I have looked at 30 dividend payments across 7 builders. On the ex-div date 50% of the time the share price fell more than the dividend, 50% it fell less than the dividend.
Taking into account dealing costs of 1% and assuming a 10k investment you would have lost money on 24 out of 30 occasions, in total just short of £4k.
The biggest loss would have been BDEV 11th October 2018 when the share price fell by 12% for a 6% dividend.
The biggest profit was last week with GFRD when the share price rose by 1% despite a 3% dividend.
As I have stated before I cannot see any logic behind this strategy of chasing dividends.

Fair point BB. I may have some faith in their ability but not enough to pay their extortionate costs. Plus I like the challenge of picking my own investments. I have had some big successes (Thomas Cook, Ocado) and some big losses (Capita) but overall make a decent living out of my investing. I am not actually influenced by anything on these boards but do find them informative, amusing and sometimes deluded. You do come across in the informative category so I really do hope you are correct in your predictions and we can all share in the success. I tend to hold my shares for 12 months so hopefully all this will happen before the end of October.

BB, I admire your confidence in this share but you do appear a little conceited to say that you know more about this company than those professionals whose job it is to buy and sell shares. They have years of training and experience as well as probably direct contact with the company. If they believed the share will command the sort of price that you and others quote on this board then why wouldn't they be buying shares?
I have a decent investment in here (about 10% of my portfolio) but I am concerned at the 26% drop in the price in the last month.
