"October 3, 2023 Italian Republic files a Reply on annulment."

I think both sides have an opportunity to submit two such replies before the ad hoc Committee's final ruling.

This has nothing to do with the stay of enforcement, where the last ruling about that was:

"July 10, 2023 The ad hoc Committee issues Procedural Order No. 2 concerning the termination of the stay of enforcement of the award."

At least on lifting the stay, everyone relax and go back to sleep.

If you really suspect impropriety, with 'Management or Navitas' up to no good, then sheep impressions aren't going to help.

If you have any evidence for what you are posting, then you need to share it and mobilise shareholder action, if needed, but not making sheep impressions, especially about those, whose help you might ask for one day.
