RE: Elephant in the room29 Oct 2024 12:30
Aimi, it looks as though I hit another bulls eye which got you rattled.
A reminder from some of my earlier posts this year:
"I'm not in any position to say FID will be this year, that's for Navitas alone to say and you know it.
Navitas have said they plan to announce FID this year and so far they have been pretty good at keeping to their plans, so if you don't believe them, ask them and not me.
As I said earlier, an FID announcement earlier than anticipated could cause a funding issue for RKH.
Also, if FID is announced too soon, RKH will have to find some extra cash, while still awaiting the Ad Hoc committee's annulment decision which will release the bulk of the OM award payment from the new owner"
Aimi, were you asleep when I posted those, or are now choosing to forget them?
Only a fool would stick their neck out and try and predict the FID date. As I posted before, it is Navitas' decision and they will do it when they believe the time is right and not before, which could well slip into 2025. The more important point, which you don't mention, is that FID is on its way.
Before FID, the EIS has to be ratified by the FIG. You should know this. If you don't realise this, then why haven't you been paying attention and if you do know this, then why are you posting your ceaseless rubbish about a possible slip in the FID date? It is no good blaming RKH, or Sam - they, like us are in the hands of Navitas. If you are genuinely obsessed by the FID date in Q4 2024, what action have you taken to find out from Navitas? None I would guess. They would tell you to effoff, just as the rest of us would.
Also, referred to above, it would be preferable for RKH for the OM award annulment decision to preceed FID, assuming RKH receive the full award (or nearly the full award), which I do.
I don't believe the Italian annulment claim has any legitimacy, except as far as the Italians are concerned, to waste time, during which they hoped RKH might even go out of business, but they haven't.
If RKH receives the full tranche 2 €65M (or most of it), SL will be fully funded, so why don't you ever mention that?
Going back over your tedious and endless posts, you do nothing but whinge, apparently without ever doing any research, or trying to understand what is going on.
You are either an ignorant idiot, or you are deliberately trying to unsettle those who don't have a full grasp of the SL project and RKH's role in it.
