As for Tranche 3, by the time that might be paid, RKH will either have been taken over, or we will be so mega rich, that a few million extra Euros will be spent on the next AGM entertainments.

That's of no concern to RKH, who have sold the award. The new owner of the award will have the enforcement issues to bear and by all accounts, are experts, so everyone can relax about this red herring - it's someone else's problem and they know it.

I think it worth quoting from the RNS announcement, dated 21/6/24, Arbitration Award - Receipt of Funds. From the €45M Tranche 1 payment, RKH received €19M and:

"The balance of €26 million has gone to Original Arbitration Funder in order to fully discharge the Company of all of its liabilities under the agreement with the Original Arbitration Funder".

I think that's pretty clear, regarding RKH's legal costs liability.

Assuming RKH receives the full €65M due for Tranche 2, don't forget there will be tax to pay and an additional €2.5M payable to Zodiac, which won't be payable if the claim is annulled and RKH only receives the €31M insurance pay out.

A lot of detail which many appear to be overlooking, or perhaps never fully understood.

LTT, not saying they’re going to pounce today, or soon, but that doesn’t mean NAV &RKH shouldn’t be taking appropriate precautions , as these hacker guy bide their time, waiting for the worst possible moment to pounce.

If M-D and others like him, spoke the truth, their comments would be welcomed as part of the variety of opinions, but as these posters lie and mislead, they need to be shown to be the charlatans they are.

Those who have been here for a while have ignored them and given them the opportunity to express their views. The result is they just take over, emboldened by little or no opposition.

In theory, filtering them and not feeding them does seem a plausible approach, but in reality, these guys merely exploit the opportunity to peddle their lies even more.

Good analysis PD and we shouldn't forget that with every resource report, the resource estimates keep increasing, giving RKH additional headroom to farm down a small percentage, without changing the current situation. Last CPR, November 2024, saw a resource increase of 16%.
