In accordance with Bahamian law and the terms of BPC's licences, as a precursor to drilling operations BPC was required to prepare and submit a comprehensive Environmental Authorisation to the Government of The Bahamas, inclusive of a detailed Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management Plan. This was reviewed for the Government of The Bahamas by independent third-party industry experts, and certified to be in compliance with not only all applicable Bahamian laws and regulations, but consistent with all applicable international standards, guidelines, regulations and global best practice. Following that review, BPC's proposed drilling program for Perseverance #1 was approved by the Government of The Bahamas, and Environmental Authorisation was granted.

The board have taken their shares. It is in their own best interests not to dilute anymore than necessary.
If we have a reasonable size oil strike then loans will be easy to obtain against the asset.

How many posts today ya fruit?

In February we rose from a 2p placing to 3.6p then retraced to 3p before shooting to 5.6p.
Today we had a nice update dotting the i's and crossing the t's.
We are still clearing placing shares and today's rns gave great volume to help that.
Eagerly counting down to spud.

My value of T and T / Suriname was 0.007p. Bit harsh maybe but if we get just a fifth of Leo's 500m dream that would be 0.025p to the sp +1.8p.
Can't see them dropping the Stena and CPR rns on the same day.
