Just completed mine with ii too! I applied for my entitlement and the same again in excess. Mathematically, I don't think that would actually be possible though would it? If ODEYs have 55% and they are going to also take part in hoovering up the excess then the amount of excess on offer, if some do not take part, will be relatively small. Would that be correct?

More than likely they sold a fair bit into the first RNS to fund their part in the placing I fear.

Cynical indeed and typical of some companies advised by NOMAD Cairn.... As POM was saying, how could they sign off on that statement about the funding being non-dilutive when they were clearly conditional! Shocking!

Unusual for this share to have such relatively high volume as we have seen in the last few days. I wonder if a trading update could be imminent.

What Jim Mellon actually said several times on twitter was that Summit was too big of a risk - i.e. he felt that the outcome would be that it will shoot massively higher or crash to nothing. He basically said good luck to them - he hoped they would do well but he pulled out the bulk of his investment because of the binary outcome.

Down 7% on double volume stateside today.

Looking again at the RNS and Billing Service's website. RNS only mentions Verizon. What about the other LEC business including AT&T and QWest? The whole picture is not entirely clear. One could assume that other LEC business will follow suit but maybe not. I wonder if any more news will be out soon. Probably the SP will continue to fall if not.

I think we can only conclude that they were not all big buys. Some kind of transfer process I should imagine and maybe a very big seller ( a real chunky one!) involved too which is preventing the price from going above 200p. Big drop on the Nasdaq overnight was a dissapointment.

It was only one trade at that level. 95% of the volume of the day was at much lower levels than the trade that left the closing price 9% up. Seems a bit strange to me and I doubt it will move the London SP on Monday morning. Happy to be proved wrong though.

Hoping for a positive week this week. Not sure there was any indication in that after hours activity though BT7. It was one trade for about $400 at $11.90. The bulk of the days trades were around the $11 mark.

So, what is behind the recent rise in price, I wonder? I think it is certainly off the back of Jim Mellon´s recommendation at the beginning of the year with a number of his followers making modest purchases looking to see a rise in the share price in 2017. I am interested to see if Billing Services will announce any new revenue streams or increased business at any time soon as the existing core business was becoming limited due to the restrictions placed upon it . Will there be reinvestment of any cash generated, now that it is debt-free or will there be another special dividend as there has been in the past? let´s see...

Very quiet on this board these past few weeks. I know some are over on Plethora board anticipating some big news there.... What do you think is the next news due from Summit and how soon do you think it will come? Are we close to any news that could produce Jim Mellon's feared binary outcome or is that not until much later next year?

So Jim Mellon increased his holding by 4.4 million shares last week and sold them at a loss today? Anyone have any idea about what is happening here and what to expect in the coming months/weeks?

Today's RNS all sounded fairly positive to me. Difficult to price this share and it also seems to be still completely off the radar. Possible dividend again later this year?
