Who knows how little those cgp shares will be worth by the time our current funds have run almost dry and we need to cash them in… they may only be able to fund Solgold for a few more months….. and that’s only as long as we stay mothballed..

The majors know we can’t keep going too much longer, without needing access to further funding sooner or later.. they have us over a barrel.

This does sound quite intriguing… it did sound like he knew of a specific deal in the making..

However, on the other hand, if he and his peers in the mining investment world, know of any deal in the making that involves Solgold, we would not be seeing such small volumes traded daily, at such a low price… they would be loading up at these prices if there was any hint or whiff of a deal..

Nonsense... he is simply willing to see both sides of an argument... rather than just wanting to hear everything is rosy and all is fine.... an echo chamber does no one any favours.... any adult should be capable of hearing both sides of a story

Every member of the board will already know they are toast at the AGM...

Their positions are completely surplus to requirements, as Solgold are effectively mothballed... with no plans for any future exploration at all, anywhere,.. in any of our large portfolio of tenements, that we like to shout about in every presentation... (Of which we still have spending commitments of circa 400million dollars on). They have a track record of persistent failure to make any deals over the years, either for Cascabel, any of the regionals, JV, or Solg as a whole... despite the endless jam tomorrow..

So we now have a settled share price of 13-14 pence...

Scott's previously identified culture of non performance has simply continued...

At some point, after the failure to do any deals to monetise the assets, you surely have to speculate on the underlying reasons why?? can it really be we have a constant stream of underperforming management? or is there an underlying issue with the asset itself that is kept under wraps? making the deals we all want to happen, unattractive to a major...

yet despite all this, some will argue to vote them back in.... again.

BBG…. Why 8-12 weeks? I’d suggest if there is a deal lingering in the background… you’d be closer to 8-12 months

Signing an NDA doesn’t mean anything in reality, other than it allows a party to see some details…. Beyond that it means nothing… I’ve signed many in my time and then walked away from an offered contract.

However if we are going to do wishful thinking… let’s do that…. Let’s just suppose there is a party, already up for a deal, dependant on technicals like permits etc….. it could also make sense said party could make no further exploration of any promising tenements a caveat of any deal….. so as not to chance any share price rise on any discovery…. That would/could explain Scott’s bizarre hammering home on multiple occasions, that no drilling is taking place anywhere, at the recent presentation…..

Looking back at Scott’s comments in the past regarding the start of the decline.. maybe we have all miss understood what he was saying… perhaps he was simply referring to his plans for the share price…

I believe when he says that, he is talking to the wider market… who he knows don’t for one second believe a tiny exploration company, with no experience of mining, and Solgolds proven track record of failing to do or deliver anything, even just the small things, on time, or on schedule, are capable of building a complex underground mine… certainly on time and on budget.. We are not… Now he is the one in charge, he sees and accepts, no one believes this ‘we can do it ourselves’ nonsense.

That bluff has long gone and we are left trying to monetise something without any timeline…. and after watching last evenings video, seemingly without any success.

Solgolds management seem to have identified they are hapless when it comes to meeting any schedules and timelines… so rather than improve the management, and get better, they have chosen to remove the schedules and timelines… and just continue..

This was actually quite good to listen to… better than previous presentations, and also quite good to watch.. for those non verbal cues a person gives away when they talk…. They can show a confidence, or betray a person and show them uncomfortable when covering certain topics… and some of that was on display here.. He seemed to struggle to look out at the audience when he was covering certain points.. maybe uncomfortable at talking to a half empty room..

Lots of small details, hints, and suggestions etc that can confirm or contradict views people already hold here…

Scott kept repeatedly, more than was comfortable in my opinion, mentioning the mine is planned to start considerably smaller than originally planned.. that was hammered home again and again..

Just my opinion but the answer to the hosts end question, did not exactly scream confidence and advanced talks with interested parties are taking place… it seemed sheepish and almost embarrassed about the issue being raised and questioned, after all this time holding a strategic review and having no developments to point to..

I expect no news until next year regarding the IPA and final permits.. PFS update probably Q2

Scott is in Denver today... delivering his 20 mins presentation at the Gold forum... then spending the next 2 days there handing out his CV, knowing he is toast come the AGM.....

Sunstone Metals says T3 is significant copper-gold discovery

Sunstone Metals Ltd (ASX:STM) MD Malcolm Norris discusses with Proactive results from the second hole drilled at its T3 target at El Palmar. He says the latest results show clearly that it’s a significant copper-gold porphyry discovery. Norris says the area is wide open and while it’s early days on the El Palmar concession, the potential for the project is huge.

“This latest result shows clearly that T3 is a significant copper-gold porphyry discovery,”Norris said.

“This area is wide open. We will be targeting a mineralised body that is 500-700 metres in diameter with a vertical extent exceeding 500 metres in the area of holes EPDD026 and 28.

“We also have several other targets within T3 that require drill testing.

“Together, these have the potential to deliver a very large gold-copper porphyry mineralised domain in an environment with many similarities to the 3-billion-tonne Alpala deposit nearby, which is located within the SolGold Cascabel concession.”
