Management have lost wider markets/buyers interest.

The story has soured due to the glacial pace of any progress. Bigger things are happening faster elsewhere. The current price stagnation reflects larger investors belief anything will happen anytime soon.

We are mothballed. Solgolds story is now tired, repeated old news.

There is some absolute disgust being expressed by DGR shareholders over this latest Mather DGR funding deal... OUCH!

Bozi, Do you still believe Porvenir is an attractive sellable asset?

The reason I ask is Solg have apparently been trying to monetise something for 2 years now.. and if you remember our management had a PFS for it almost ready to go.... and it got shelved, without much of an explanation.

Do you not think If Porvenir was an attractive, potentially minable asset, with good figures and a PFS almost finished, it would have been canned? and left un monetised after 2 years? With the way our management went silent on Porvenir for so long, I have my doubts about Porvenir ever being viable.

Our current management made a big deal about the 'culture of non performance of previous management' and set about talking up their strategic review and monetisation..... where is it?

Things are not looking good. I am now expecting the price to slowly drift down to the 8s. Obviously I hope I am wrong.

Add, Scott could have raised 30 million by selling the CGP shares around 20p.. He actually stated this himself in interviews around the time when he was saying they didnt need to raise funds, funding wasnt a problem.... that they were making Solgold more efficient....

The share price was in the 20s.... and we could have been exploring..

Rcgl, that mirrors a lot of my view of Solgold.

The SR has been a huge flop…. Management have failed to monetise anything, so Cornerstone have been forced to revert back to ‘derisking’ Cascabel..

Back to where we were.

There are a few interesting little details in it… talk of MAYBE doing a magnetic survey over a regional, a hint at timelines for permits, but this RNS is mostly a fluffed up nothing….

Redknight during those periods we were exploring.. and found decent hits at Porvenir for example.

Of course you know that already… but don’t let that stop your ramps.

I can agree with most of that affrm.

However I would suggest 12p at best towards the end of the year…. Also I don’t see any offloading of the regionals anytime soon, as much as I’d like to see Porvenir JV’d or sold off, even cheaply, to fund some exploration somewhere else.

The share price of a dormant company, waiting for paperwork, is not doubling or tripling by Christmas.

The majority of holders who bought shares over the last 5 years in GGP will probably be sitting on a loss for many, many more years due to share price fall and the massive dilution. Many will never see their investment returned.
