Can’t say I’m thrilled we have employed another ESG person though.

I was one that wanted more communication from the board. So am happy we are now getting a monthly update. It’s just a shame it’s only started after everything but permitting has been shut down.

That sounds a pretty good summation to me.. 2028 is probably about right.

Smick, a rising tide etc etc…. lower rates and rising prices for precious and industrial metals also make other options, previously seen as not economically viable, or borderline viable, now more attractive… existing mines that were previously looking close to an end economically, now viable again..

They may not have the scale of Cascabel, but other options, closer to production, generating faster profits, become more attractive than us… we are not the only show in town when you consider rising prices.

Add, I am sure there will be the odd small spike here and there, possibly off even just very minor news developments, but they will probably continue to slide back to single digits…

Solgolds pattern is there for all to see.. and has been for years now… A pop up and then a slide back on zero further news. If you willing to trade a chunk around the edges, it’s probably the only way to make a profit here and there on this share, or lower an average without investing further. The only possible option to try to negate the opportunity cost of being stuck here, without selling out at a loss.

The interest here is palpable isn’t it… everyone wanting to get in before the imminent share price boom..

My guess is there is information in the data room, that is not disclosed to us and the wider markets, that leaves potentially interested buyers losing interest.

Throw in that the company is dormant/mothballed, with no current plans to drill/explore anywhere....

A management in place that have failed to monetise anything after 2 years of trying, during a commodities bull run...

and no plan B, other than hope that maybe, further down the line, one day, someone, somewhere may decide to make a move... until then, salaries all round.. carry on as normal.

I’m sure Mather will be able to raise funds, if nothing else, he could sell a chunk of Solg shares himself to an institutional far higher than Choice would achieve on the markets… it just shows a lackadaisical attitude in my view.

Covenants

During the year ended 30 June 2024, DGR was in breach of the monthly reporting covenant and, subsequent to year end, was in breach

of the minimum cash balance financial covenant, in relation to the Choice Loan Facility. The Directors note the following regarding the

breaches:

(a) The non-compliance with the monthly reporting covenant is not an Event of Default unless Choice were to first give 5 business

days’ notice to DGR to remedy the non-compliance, failing which, if not remedied, Choice could then consider an Event of Default

had arisen and demand repayment of all moneys owing under the loan agreement.

(b) The non-compliance post 30 June 2024 with the minimum cash balance requirement under the loan agreement is an Event of

Default which allows Choice to demand repayment of all moneys owing under the loan agreement.

(c) Choice has not issued any formal notice under the loan agreement in respect of non-compliance with covenants under that

agreement. Accordingly, it is presently unable to exercise any rights with respect to dealing in the SolGold plc shares subject to the

Deed of Security given by DGR to Choice.

If demand for repayment was made by Choice, it has the following rights:

(a) it can exercise its rights as a mortgagee to sell such number of Solgold plc shares as required to repay the moneys owing; and

(b) it can, inter alia , use the power of attorney contained in the Deed of Security to sell the SolGold plc shares in the name of DGR

Global Ltd.
