At a time when Solgold have been trying to show how fantastic and profitable the Cascabel site is in order to monetise it, they haven’t made any effort to prove Tandy is viable as an open pit.. Why?

How many years ago now did Tandy first return some assay results? Surely if your trying to push the development forward…. ‘Derisk’ it you might say, trying to prove to any suitor you maybe have a faster route to development profits, using an existing discovery that just maybe open pittable asset, you would be wanting to get that proven up ASAP as a priority?

Tandy doesn’t offer any investment opportunities right now.. We have no proof or data that it is even viable as an open pit… look at the drill data for it, it’s not that impressive and it’s not that near surface..

It’s just my view, but If Tandy was that promising, it would have been given far more deliberate focus and attention. Instead we only ever got some hints, some maybes and then silence. You can read in to that.

It’s a shocking failure of our management to get a JV of any regionals off the ground.. During a commodities bull run Solgold have failed to explore anywhere.

Regardless if you prefer Trump or Harris over there, it’s clear as day Putin wants Trump to win, as Trump will bend right over for him and give Putin whatever he wants in Ukraine.

Nothing happening here for at least 12 months.

Anyone thinking of ‘topping up’ at these levels would do well to just wait a little longer. This will continue to stagnate and slowly slide down.. this was a totally, unnecessary, empty RNS. 7s and maybe evens 6s will return.

I’d happily watch Mathers DGR vehicle collapse… it would probably help to bring the whole story here closer to an end also.

The buyers of their assets and the prices achieved for a sizeable interest, would give us all a good idea of intentions and interest towards Cascabel and hopefully accelerate any deal.

We don’t have other potential Alpalas… we currently have a time limited license, that comes with associated fees, to potentially drill some fields/hills/woodland somewhere … Until we discover something, it’s just hills and fields… and tier one discoveries are so sought after because the odds of finding one are so incredibly high… the odds of finding another financially viable, Tier one are small… it’s just a fact.

No one is paying much of a premium today for those CGP shares! The share price was 20p when Scott boasted about being able to raise 30m from selling them. We couldn’t raise much from those today to do much drilling..

In my view the only option to get back to regional exploration, which we desperately need to do, is to JV them… but so far, despite our management clearly stating they intended too, (I remember Twigger on stage, practically pleading for interested parties to come forward at some mining forum) they have failed to get any deal done and get it going.

I don’t understand why this is… is it shear incompetence? Is it poor quality tenements? Why have our management failed to JV anything after years of trying?

I would love to be able to force our management to explain…

I’ve been in Solgold long enough to remember around 5-6 years ago when Solgold regularly and repeatedly told their investors the Feasibility Study is being done in tandem with the PFS… they always used to show the timeline graph illustrating this.. in every update to their presentation.

Fast forward to now… we get an RNS saying it’s going to start..

Without movement on some regionals, a JV etc, new drilling campaign results…. I don’t think anything but a bid etc will get this back over 17p now.

The base salary is low, but so are the results… if his pay was performance related, he would be destitute.

Every time Scott opens his trap at a presentation he manages to sink the share price.

Im glad we are now getting the monthly RNS, ( probably forced by FN and Osisko,

demands for regular progress updates) rather than some monotone crap about first mover advantage or derisking… to a room full of people who have heard the same garbage and obfuscation every year for the last 6 years.

They have nothing new to present to anyone.

Needalife, as much as I believe Redknight is a total plonker and a fantasist.. you show that you know nothing about how ISAs work.

It’s not a statement of him buying additional 400000 shares.

What’s changed is management have failed in their attempts to monetise anything.

They came in saying Cascabel didn’t need any more studies…. It’s been studied to death.. we are here to bring a quick monetisation..

‘Fast and smart’ Bob boasted…

They have failed and have been forced to go back to studies and continue the previous plan of developing Cascabel. (They just rebranded this to derisking to save face)

They shut everything down, assuming they could sell something, before the money ran out.. they failed..

Because they shut everything down, the share price collapsed… After all a dormant exploration company with no plans to drill any of their land doesn’t make a very compelling investment…

Now because they allowed the share price to collapse, and failed to monetise anything, they are left with no funds to explore anywhere… without somehow raising further funds… which would be damaging/painful/dilutive due to the low share price.

So we are where we are now… and Mather is in hole.. he will get out of it I’m sure.. but I’m going to assume his solution will probably increase the already furious response he is getting over at his other companies … not just DGR..

Quady and 84 must be incredibly lonely people deep down.

The problem here is that loneliness and the internet are a truly terrible combination!

Chasing some, or just any form of communication, with anyone they can find, to avoid that loud silence they must have surrounding them.

Nothing to do every weekend, one after another, with seemingly no one else to talk to, they come on here to at least argue with someone… anyone… anything to chase away the emptiness and get at least some form of interaction to fill that void.

They both clearly have something missing in their lives. But no amount of constant arguing with a random stranger, in an anonymous chat room, will fill that empty silence..

Guys/girls, if you’re lonely, speak to an old friend, a family member, arrange a catch up in person… go out… meet people.. it’s not that difficult. Don’t waste your life chasing any form of online interaction you can find, in an attempt to try to replace the real connections you don’t have elsewhere… you will die lonely!

I’d even widen this out a little more… anyone like Quady and 84, clocking up over 200 posts on the LSE chat board, of a company that is mothballed and going nowhere, could maybe asses what they are doing with all their time.

Porvenir is a disappointment. If it was promising, if it had any genuine potential, its study wouldn’t have been canned/shelved right at the end as it was nearing completion. It’s clearly not lived up to its early excitement.

It is what it is. Not every discovery turns out to be financially viable.

I’d be surprised to see this fall to 4p, but it will definitely continue to slowly slide south… thats the Solgold pattern, time and time again.

There is nothing to support this share now until a major development occurs…. which probably won’t happen for some time yet. Sad but true.
