Add, I do find the reasons for the London trip to be interesting.. it’s a hint of something going on.. For Mather to join the trip is intriguing given his supposed disdain for the rest..and given the current total paralysis we have, as far as perceived progress is concerned, it’s welcome..

They didn’t shelve the PFS within just a few weeks to release for no reason! You need to learn to read between the lines.

IP, They have tried to sell assets for the last few years… they have failed.

They have also failed to secure any joint ventures after years of trying..

I assume Mathers current disgruntlement would be inflated by the car crash that is DGR… he is in a quagmire, and probably assumed Solgold would be the exit he needed… but he is seeing exactly what we are seeing happen to Solgold.

Back in the day, Scott once claimed that they didn’t need to do a raise, that if they needed funds they could easily get $30 million simply by selling the CGP shares…. Of course the share price was around 21p when he said that… he hadn’t shut all exploration down, declared a pause for a never ending strategic review, and destroyed the value of the company back then.

If Scott is forced to sell any of the CGP shares around this level, he should be sacked.

On the Telegram channel, Pete, Im assuming PBow? here, has been savaging the irresponsible management/board oversight of this company.. and he has been absolutely correct in his assessments in my opinion.

50-70p is a long gone dream unfortunately..

Even when the share price was regularly in the 30s, and there were significantly less shares in existence, 70p was a dream scenario.

The value destruction that has been overseen by the current managements strategy is not going to be undone without a whole new round of exploration that yields very exciting results.. and that is not happening.

From here, without an escalating bidding war 20-30p would seem a result.

Fwiw I don’t believe for a second all this chatter about an incoming bid.

Probably the only thing I can agree with Scott on was his willingness to accept roughly 23p…. That was a realistic estimate.
