Scott really was an unmitigated disaster for Solgold.! He should not be allowed to keep any of his options… not a single one.

To be fair Magoo, this is the most concrete proposed plan we have had in years!

Agree on the recent failures to ever deliver, but let’s hope this is actually a reset.

Id love to know what they have been doing over the last 6 months.. how they fill their days…. It must be boring simply waiting for an election..

TIMING

Many will say, in pure hope, that the silence means a deal is around the corner….

But that has never been the case over the years at Solgold.

I just means no real progress is being made… it never means a deal is being brokered… it never means they are busy drilling away.. it never means they are holding back amazing drilling results as a takeover defence.... (Remember that Redknight pearl of wisdom?)

We have no actual proof any operations are actually happening… or have been taking place.. it looks to me like Solgold are still, or back, in a total operational shut down, illustrated by the end of the monthly progress updates.

They simply have nothing to update.

And if we hadn’t just flogged the family silver, we would probably be penniless right now.

Dan owes us an update on how he thinks he can make progress where Scott failed.

What’s his plan?

How will he fund it?

Are G Mining actually doing anything?

If they are, we are long overdue a progress update.

If not, why not? What went wrong/changed.

Franco finance deal came with a caveat, that they would receive regular progress updates… it’s what kickstarted the monthly update… these ended before Scott left. I can not imagine Franco are happy with zero updates…

It would be pretty disgusting if Franco are receiving updates where we are not.

It’s as clear as crystal. Trump tried to bluff with the tariffs… China called him, and he has had to wind them down.. it’s pretty embarrassing really.

Solgold have a proven track record, year after year, of being incapable of progressing any of their discoveries, and incapable of delivering any joint ventures they announced they would.

It’s no surprise Solgold are valued at these levels… As a business they have still not shown any route out of being completely mothballed by Scott.

The way we are performing as a business I think all management are part time… working from home, maybe 2 days a week… half days at most.

Talk is it’s Japan that sold some US debt, If China dump a load of US debt America if screwed..

American mortgage delinquency is now slightly higher than it was in the run up to the 2008 mortgage/credit crisis… it’s just not made much news due to the other stuff going on…. Higher now than pre credit crunch, and they are potentially facing a recession..

We need this dog monetised and quickly..

No updates of any progress anywhere.. no explanation as to what is happening in any area of the business, and any long term holder knows, no news is never good news at Solgold.. no news is always, they are getting nowhere..

No updates on any GMining activity. (I personally think that was a total non starter as the most we ever had was Scott announcing he planned to hold a meeting with them to discuss plans)

No update on the endless strategic review..

No updates on the long overdue investment protection agreement

No update on progress for the Franco/Osisko payment..

No explanation as to how/what Dans plan is going forward… (all we had was a pathetic rehash of Scott’s ‘unlocking shareholder value’ statement)

We have been mothballed, practically wound up as an exploration company as a going concern. Existing only by flogging what remaining family silver we had left.

It seems our remaining funds are spent purely on salaries pensions and expenses for the remaining staff, as we have absolutely no proof any work/progress being made anywhere.

Scott had driven Solgold as an exploration company with real potential in to the ground, and now Dan has seemingly no interest in communicating anything with the shareholders.

No wonder we are at 5-6p.. we are in an appalling position.. one made by our management who refuse to say anything about it.
