The theory of Jiangxi chomping at the bit to buy is us nonsense... they could buy us this afternoon if they wanted.

The theory of not wanting to take, all the currently worthless regionals, as part of any sale is nonsense. Why would they actively not want the portfolio of regional tenements for the upside as part of a deal, for the pittance it would cost them?

So your left with the idiotic theory.... as insidious as it seems... Apart from Mather, all the long termers have gone... Dan is an investment banker, relatively new to Solgold and I'm sure, happy to take a lower deal, if it shows a profit from todays levels.. 20-30p levels. cigars all round. pats on the back for a 200% premium.

I feel like we have been reading these same articles for the last 5-8 years.. I’ve become numb to them.

Scott’s downfall was shutting everything down and still burning through 10s of millions of funds without having any progress to show for it… leaving us no further forward and out of cash.

We wont get any video interviews or Q & A until that is delivered... He cant answer any questions regarding all that until all is revealed.... So tumbleweed until then.

Any JV will not be favourable terms for us pleb retail…. No doubt about that. It won’t have been worth the long wait… Any exit for a long term investor here will not have been worth the wait, when lost opportunity cost elsewhere and inflation cost are taken in to account… its truly been a dog of an investment.

We cant afford to construct anything at all.... Not without further funding.

We will not be starting the construction of the concentrator this year, and paying the first advance royalty payment to Ecuador without news of large additional financing.

There is a reason the issue of needing to raise further funds is in recent RNS.. the firesale funds will run dry very quickly. We will be raising .

You would have to be out of your mind to be buying in here, given management have shown no desire whatsoever to buy any themselves. They will be aware by now of the financing plans for explore co and for Cascabel… fund raises, dilution etc will certainly play a part, it’s referred to in the news releases.

I will be amazed if the whole explore co details are revealed this quarter….

I am now fully conditioned to expect Solgold to fail to deliver anything on time, and the firesale of the previous held shares and the delay to the 2nd tranche of FN money, is an indication of failing to keep to the current schedule.

We have only had an RNS stating the intention to drill…. Due to my cynical view and doubts about our managements ability, I would be expecting an RNS to state the drilling has begun, or will continue to believe it hasn’t started yet.

If Mr Smith thinks we are so lowly valued, he could start by getting Solgold to promote themselves… have our CEO out there publicly crowing about the assets we have amid a record commodity prices boom… very clearly and publicly state the ludicrous, endless strategy review is over…. Rebuild interest and get vocal about valuations and the monetisation…

But we have had not a public word from him since he took over… Solgolds PR is just woeful… engaging Tufford was conclusive proof of that!
