It’s very simple Xhita. Any mid tier miner that buys Kefi, gets everything you just listed. Kefi can still exist as an entity, with the same management in place for the sake of keeping any established Ethiopian gov links, just owned lock stock by any miner with a reasonable cash pile… it’s been done a hundred times in mining.

I don’t think Kefi will be mining this resource…. If it’s as profitable as we all hope it will be, if it’s cost per ounce ares so low, I fully expect a mid tier miner to take it out before we are fully up and running.. why would they not if it’s a s profitable as forecasted??

Keep the share price low, lower the 200 day…. Then offer a low/reasonable bid… it’s a tale as old as time.

Walk the price down, keep the pressure on it, keeping it low for months on end, lowering the 200 day….

Put in a 2 to 2.5p bid to fed up shareholders

It’s always a good tell when fundraising happens… massive volumes of new shares are printed, at large discount to market value at the time.. and no directors take part, or buy any in the market..

Many on this forum are claiming to be buying shares every time the price drops another 2% .. this is often highly disingenuous nonsense..

This Board is a pleasant well mannered discussion board compared to the likes of Solgold... that was a total madhouse and cesspit... and never improved even when eventually sold.

Its simply easy to sell to resolve any liquidity fears and convert to dollars. inflation means interest rates stay high, meaning pressure on Gold price..

Xhita, If Trump has another brain fart and it all kicks off again in the Strait, gold will probably fall back a touch again... and Kefi could/may test that 1.2 in my opinion.

That being said, when its finally calmed down and Trump claims he's won and walks away, gold will probably start its climb back to over 5000 and Kefi should adjust to follow, hopefully boosted by any news, both on the ground and in Saudi.

When I originally stated further raise would inevitably take place later this year, I wasn't expecting such a huge debate about it. I expected it to be basic common sense given the general expenses of running a business. Its been stated we have the funding for TK... No one from Kefi has come out and stated all corporate expenditure is currently funded for the next, say 9-12 months.... it should be obvious to any shareholder who owns here and has a basic understanding of junior miners/explorers.

No one actually wants a further fund raise, but it will have to happen down the line.... we clearly don't have the funds in place to cover all costs until we are earning money from TK in mid 28. We probably cant cover the bonus packages of our directors.

There will be another raise, almost certain, probably later this year... We have funds for TK, but beyond that, for Saudi and any general ongoing costs beyond the Ethiopia development we have none...
