Now a hard style Brexit is essentially assured do people know how ready IAG/BA are ? With a short haul network of around 130 aircraft in BA alone could there be significant trouble on the horizon? easyJet created a whole new AOC and re-registered most aircraft as OE- in Austria to ensure they are mainly unaffected by any outcome.
IAG reminds me a bit of Lloyds. It seems to go down on any mildly bad news and struggle to climb again on good news. easy hovering on 4% after very bland results and no real surprises. Jet2 3.3%, Ryan 2.5% Tui 2.3%......... IAG 1.4%.
This share is in desperate need for a re-rating. All those companies sit on a p/e of over double ours.
Can seem to see a reason. Nearly all European airlines are down without any obvious news. Oil is down close to 1% too. Ryanair, easy, IAG , Jet 2 being the worst hit.
