Tell everyone PRIOR how many shares you own and are selling and also JUST PRION then tell us all when you are just about to push the button. Then can watch them all go through and bid you farewell and best wishes for your future investments.

Why anyone would sell when Liberum only last week said they had just bought heavily, see a compelling 200% upside and with THG Ingenuity only a couple of deals away from its "AHA moment" - that's their words not mines btw - is beyond me. But each to their own.

That is not excusing in any way the lack of strategy update and matmaxmat that strategy section is a micro management strategy update. What Kelso and the likes of J. Gallagher are after is a higher level strategy update on the direction and path of the company to realise full value: Are you taking it Private / MBO? Are you Premium Listing? Are you Selling off a Division (You spent £9M on the prep work?) What of this Middle Eastern Investment? What of next trip to the USA? Lets have it in writing and nailed down - and then hopefully we get back on a path to 200% upside and Sum of Parts.

Been out and spent just shy of £45 on the weekly MyProtein frozen ready meals and just had a quick catchup on Linkedin. Easily the most rationale post I have read in a very long while.

A simple follow on to the points on all MM's different potential strategy avenues - Why did we also go to the trouble of spending circa £9 million (that's what MM said) on seperating all 3 Divisions into their own legal entities? (4 including the now sold On Demand)? That again, one that about a year has progressed since.

Surely if you are going to spend good company, and shareholder money, - it's not unreasonable tp be expected a return within a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise why do it. Perhaps another reason why people are after some strategic update and direction.

I'll put up the winges, monas and anger thread later for all the faux holders and traders who only seek to post during market hours. Lets see how much they post outside market hours.

Manc39 I think you need to read the post in context. This post comes the day after he again watched another pin stripe suited £100M robbery on the THG share price for no "current" apparent reason. (Kelso's sale was 4 weeks ago and they retain 80% of their holding). It is also in the context that Kelso pointed out the volatility and swings in the THG share price.

Said it before, the Brinks Matt bullion robbery only netted £26Million and most got apprehended and did long stretches behind bars. Get caught for a decent armed robbery in the UK - 10 years upwards inside. Pinstripe suit and Blue collar robbery of £100M upwards by manipulation and what is clearly market abuse - it goes unpunished - and you probably get a Knighthood down the line for your Hedge Fund contributing to party coffers.

These aren't orderly markets and they are effectively just like a trip to the bookies or a casino. Completely right therefore to also to draw parallel to the Gambling Commission which is a formidable and truly "Independent" body and with heavy sanction that it regularly uses. It's effective at stamping out wrongdoing. Lets have that or a properly resourced FCA on a similar footing.

Now I get the City crusade, it's the bigger picture, and it now seems to be 3 in terms of respected people speaking out to try and drive change.

But Moulding equally knows - and has had it spelt out to him - that there is an equally easy route out of all of this - THROUGH HIM - that's not involving anybody else - thats Improved numbers, Strategic Update, Premium List or seperate list one or more of the Divisions - or relist or take your primary listing elsewhere. On that point I totally agree with you. Maybe to that end his time would be better served as say a CBI Chairperson and we can get a CEO that focuses on value.

I'll pick up the responses to his Linkedin post later which I am sure will be many and varied. Hopefully some will have taken the time to maybe point out the errors in his ways (strategy, not publishing bid details, letting shareholders know about approaches and remind him of the options and advice he has been given to lift this share price. These are things that he can control.

Yesterday as it happens I think was more the Market Makers playing with the price to try and generate some volume. Maybe Qube in there also but a lot of it was spread and small MM trade driven.

backs up my point entirely on Iceland having shofted upmarket. Iceland interestingly don't operate in Poland, but I know a company that does.

Just one part of the many reasons why I think Moulding is fibbing to try and steal a march on others, be that either MyProtein products or us supplying "own brand" foodstuffs. Same with DTC says he wishes to keep Nutrition in the main online but all the evidence is to the contrary and into Boots, Sainsburys, German, Danish, Finish, Portugese and Spanish supermarkets.

I personally think he is fibbing on Iceland, and that's to get a head start on the competition, that's the first point and secondly I think you'd be surprised with Iceland and also their Food Warehouse branches. Super profits this year @Iceland and they have shifted upmarket with their tie ups with premium brands and the likes of Harry Ramsdens, TGI Fridays, Blue Dragon and Myprotein to name but a few.

When they are making good profits and others aren't then it causes the others to start to critically examine their approach and copy. Tesco and its "healthy eating" strategy which Kelso keep pointing out will be next up on the agenda here. The job vacancy says so

Just thank yourself we aren't even valued at what Apollo valued THG Ingenuity alone.

Yesterday Renewi made public a highly conditional preliminary offer that they received from Macquarie. One of several announcements that they made on the subject yesterday. See if you can spot the difference with how Matt Moulding handled the Apollo bid and the 2 seperate ones that they received for Myprotein that he mentioned in the presentation Q+A. That's keeping it to himselves / themselves or discussing it only with the chosen few large LTH's and not all.

Kelso yesterday were again imvho telling him to get more City Corporate and less Manchester insular. (CityAM was a start)

There no shortage of interest here in the whole or parts of THG the Group. We just sit and wait for the beans to be spilled on the next one, or the seperate listing of THG Nutrition to unfold and then the focus drives back onto total Sum of Parts. Just a point Liberum reiterated 3 days back whilst spotting a compelling 200% upside and being "heavy buyers"

Like I said yesterday re-read the results and they actually aren't half bad. There actually quite good.

That's exactly what's wanted. You sell up and the buy orders get filled, not at the bottom but when the price moves back up and they pick up yours and everyone else's stock. It's everyone's choice or not whether they hand over their shares but there have been 2 recent bids for Nutrition, seperation agenda seems to be gathering impetus and dare I say improvement has already been more than mentioned, particularly with regards to beauty.

It's normally at that point you find you are without your shares and then up pops the next Capital Event or other share price mover. Or you sell and the MM's move it up and say thank you very much.

Have a good evening and you'll probably find at some point it gets given back. A 4 week old sale probably in the hands of Liberum several times over doesn't merit todays fall. Not with the balance of other news that came through yesterday.

There are plenty buying though Gts, just all buying on the cheap and normally outside market hours and off book. Just watch closely. Would all change though with trackers in the background and on premium listing. Can't say he hasn't been told.

Anyway the fall today is overdone if it's off a Kelso sale some 4 weeks back.

Time to shut up shop for a bit.

Manifesto I personally don't think it has anything to do with that for we were over 75p at one point this morning after people had a long time to consume Kelso's RNS. Somebody is just trying to create volume today and maybe using it as an excuse. (Single and double digit - MM trades?)

Kelso btw still hold 6.5 Million shares or equivalent, the bulk of their holding and their logic is unchanged and spelt out in the RNS for both sale and retained holding. The sale side is taking advantage of the vast swings and volatility in the share price which they list. That they say is being caused by lack of strategic update.

Hard to disagree with.

Pretty amazing though that a share sale of only 1.5 Million shares (probably broken down into tranches as well) - some 4 weeks ago - passed on umpteen times in between and probably now in Liberums lap at 68p to 70p knocks nearly £100 Million off a share price, and especially with Liberum buying "adding deeply", Viveks article and confirmation we are selling 14 Myprotein products through 220 Sainsbury's store.

TUI, these last few days.

What say it gets back to 498p at some point in the not too distant future.
